The ‘Quit India Movement’ was an important milestone in the Indian Freedom Movement. It was this movement that had made the entire nation determined to attain freedom from the British Rule. This was the time when the people of India, in every part of the country –everyone came together shoulder to shoulder and became a part of the ‘Quit India Movement.’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi remembers those greats who took part in the Quit India movement. In 5 years of the Quit India movement, India became free. 5 years from now, India marks 75 years of freedom. Today, let us pledge to eradicate the menace of corruption, dirt, casteism, communalism from our nation. We can only script a glorious future when are connected with our past.

As PM Modi says, societies that are disconnected with their history cannot scale new heights of progress. This year, as the nation marks 75 years of the Quit India movement, this Quiz takes you back in time, to the heroes of 1942 because of whom we breathe the air of freedom.
