ഇറ്റാനഗറിലെ കണ്വെന്ഷന് സെന്റര് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു
പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി ഇന്ന് അരുണാചല് പ്രദേശ് സന്ദര്ശിച്ചു. ഇറ്റാനഗറില് നടന്ന ഒരു ചടങ്ങില് വച്ച് അദ്ദേഹം ദോര്ജി ഖണ്ഡു സംസ്ഥാന കണ്വെന്ഷന് സെന്റര് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. ഒരു ഓഡിറ്റോറിയം, കോണ്ഫറന്സ് ഹാള്, എക്സിബിഷന് ഹാള് എന്നിവയടങ്ങുന്നതാണ് ഈ കണ്വെന്ഷന് സെന്റര്.
സംസ്ഥാന സിവില് സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റ് കെട്ടിടം രാജ്യത്തിന് സമര്പ്പിച്ച പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ടോമോറിബാ ഇന്സ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ഹെല്ത്ത് ആന്റ് മെഡിക്കല് സയന്സിന്റെ അക്കാദമിക്ക് ബ്ലോക്കിന്റെ ശിലാസ്ഥാപനവും നിര്വ്വഹിച്ചു.
അരുണാചല് പ്രദേശ് സന്ദര്ശിച്ചതിലും ഇത്രയൂം ഉല്കൃഷ്ടമായ ഈ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ജനങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം സമയം ചെലവഴിക്കാനായതിലും താന് അതീവ സന്തുഷ്ടനാണെന്ന് ചടങ്ങില് തടിച്ചുകൂടിയ വളരെ ആവേശഭരിതരായ ജനക്കൂട്ടത്തെ അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ട് അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട വകുപ്പുകളെല്ലാം പുതിയ സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റിലാണെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. ഇത് വളരെ ദൂരെയുള്ള ഗ്രാമങ്ങളില് നിന്നുവരുന്ന ജനങ്ങള്ക്കു സഹായകരമാകും ഇത്. ഏകോപനവും സൗകര്യങ്ങളും വര്ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്ത്തു.
ഇറ്റാനഗറിലെ കണ്വെന്ഷന് സെന്റര് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തതിലുള്ള സന്തോഷവും അദ്ദേഹം പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചു. ഇത് വെറുമൊരുകെട്ടിടമല്ല, ഇത് അരുണാചല് പ്രദേശിന്റെ അഭിലാഷങ്ങള് കൂടുതല് പരിപോഷിപ്പിക്കുമെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. സമ്മേളനങ്ങളും സാംസ്ക്കാരിക പരിപാടികളും ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരേയും സ്വകാര്യ കമ്പനികളേയും ഇവിടേക്ക് ആകര്ഷിക്കും. താന് തന്നെ വ്യക്തിപരമായി ജനങ്ങളോട് അരുണാചല് പ്രദേശില് പോകാനും പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട യോഗങ്ങള് ഈ കണ്വെന്ഷന് സെന്ററില് വച്ച് നടത്താനും ആവശ്യപ്പെടുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. വടക്ക് കിഴക്കന് കൗണ്സില് യോഗത്തിനായി താന് ഷില്ലോംഗ് സന്ദര്ശിച്ചതും കാര്ഷികമേഖലയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഒരു യോഗം സിക്കിമില് നടന്നതും അദ്ദേഹം അനുസ്മരിച്ചു.
പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയും മറ്റ് കേന്ദ്ര മന്ത്രിമാരും കേന്ദ്ര ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും വടക്കുകിഴക്കന് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങള് നിരന്തരം സന്ദര്ശിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.
ആരോഗ്യരംഗത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് പരാമര്ശിച്ചുകൊണ്ട്, ഈ മേഖലയില് മാനവ വിഭവശേഷി വികസനം, പശ്ചാത്തല സൗകര്യം, ആധുനിക സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യയുടെ ഉപയോഗം എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് ഊന്നല് നല്കണമെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നിര്ദ്ദേശിച്ചു. രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ ഭാഗത്തും മെഡിക്കല് കോളജുകള് നിര്മ്മിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രവര്ത്തനത്തില് കേന്ദ്ര ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ഏര്പ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ഒരു പ്രദേശത്ത് പഠിക്കുന്ന വ്യക്തിക്ക് ആ പ്രദേശത്തെ ആരോഗ്യമേഖലയിലെ വെല്ലുവിളികളെക്കുറിച്ച് വ്യക്തമായ ധാരണയുണ്ടാകുമെന്നതുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഈ ശ്രമമെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം അറിയിച്ചു.
ആരോഗ്യസംരക്ഷണം എന്നത് ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ളതും താങ്ങാനാകുന്നതുമാകണമെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. സ്റ്റെന്റുകളുടെ വില കുറച്ചുകൊണ്ടുവന്നതിന്റെ ഗുണഫലം കിട്ടിയിട്ടുള്ളത് പാവപ്പെട്ടവര്ക്കും ഇടത്തരം കൂടുംബങ്ങള്ക്കുമാണ്. ഗുണമേന്മയുള്ളതും താങ്ങാനാകുന്നതുമായ ആരോഗ്യസംരക്ഷണത്തിന് ആയുഷ്മാന് ഭാരത് പദ്ധതി മുഖ്യപങ്കുവഹിക്കുമെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് മികച്ച പ്രവര്ത്തനം നടത്തുന്നതിന് അരുണാചല് പ്രദേശ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ പേമ ഖണ്ഡുവിനെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പ്രശംസിച്ചു. 2027ല് അരുണാചല് പ്രദേശ് എങ്ങനെയായിരിക്കണമെന്നതിന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി മികച്ച ഒരു രൂപരേഖ തയാറാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. ഇതിന് വേണ്ട വിവരങ്ങള് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്മാരില് നിന്നും മാത്രമല്ല, ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാതുറകളിലുള്ള ജനങ്ങളില് നിന്നും സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിചേര്ത്തു.
