അലഹബാദ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ 150-ാം വാര്ഷിക സമാപനച്ചടങ്ങിനെ അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ട് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ. നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി പ്രസംഗിച്ചു..
നമ്മുടെ ജുഡീഷ്യറിയെ സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തോളം ഒരു തീര്ഥാടന കേന്ദ്രത്തിനു തുല്യമാണ് അലഹബാദ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. നിയമരംഗത്തു പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചിരുന്നവര് നമ്മുടെ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യസമരത്തില് നിര്ണായക പങ്കു വഹിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും അവര് നമ്മുടെ ജനങ്ങളെ കൊളോണിയലിസത്തില്നിന്നു രക്ഷിച്ചുവെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
നാം ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന ഇന്ത്യ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാന് സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിന്റെ 75-ാം വാര്ഷികം ആഘോഷിക്കുന്ന 2022 ആകുമ്പോഴേക്കും സാധിക്കണമെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം ജനങ്ങളോട് ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്തു. ഇതിനായുള്ള മാര്ഗരേഖ ഓരോ പൗരനും തയ്യാറാക്കണമെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
2014 മെയ് മുതല് കാലഹരണപ്പെട്ട 1200 നിയമങ്ങള് റദ്ദാക്കിയെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ഈ നൂറ്റാണ്ടില് സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയാണു പ്രധാന പങ്ക് വഹിക്കുന്നതെന്നും ജുഡീഷ്യറിയില് ഇതിനുള്ള സാധ്യതകള് ഏറെയാണെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യക്കു ജുഡീഷ്യറിയെ സഹായിക്കാന് സാധിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങള് കണ്ടുപിടിക്കാന് സ്റ്റാര്ട്ടപ്പുകളോട് ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തു.
