ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിലെ രുദ്രപ്പൂരിൽ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദി ഒരു വലിയ പൊതുറാലിയെ അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്തു. റാലിയിലെ വൻ പങ്കാളിത്തത്തിന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മോദി ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിലെ ജനങ്ങളോട് നന്ദി പറഞ്ഞു.
ഇന്ന് ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിൽ ഫലം പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച 3 എം.എൽ.സി. സീറ്റുകളിലും ബി.ജെ.പി. വിജയിച്ചത് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി സൂചിപ്പിച്ചു. “ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിൽനിന്ന് വലിയൊരു വാർത്തയുമായാണ് ഞാൻ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നത്, അവിടത്തെ എം.എൽ.സി. തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ബി.ജെ.പി. തൂത്തുവാരിയിരിക്കുകയാണ്” എന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
വിജയകരമായി മിസൈലുകൾ പരീക്ഷിച്ച ശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞരെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി അഭിനന്ദിച്ചു. “മറ്റു മിസൈലുകളെ മുകളിൽത്തന്നെ വച്ച് നശിപ്പിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്ന മിസൈൽ വിജയകരമായി പരീക്ഷിച്ചതിന് ഞാൻ ശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞരെ അഭിനന്ദിക്കുന്നു” എന്നദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. എതിരാളികളെ വെല്ലുവിളിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് അദ്ദേഹം തുടർന്നു, “നമ്മുടെ എതിരാളികൾ മുമ്പുനടത്തിയ മിന്നലാക്രമണത്തെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു. അവർ തെളിവ് ചോദിക്കുന്നു. ഈ മിസൈലിൻ്റെ പ്രവർത്തനമെങ്ങനെയാണെന്ന് അവർ ചോദിക്കില്ല എന്ന് ആശിക്കുന്നു.”
ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിൻ്റെ രൂപീകരണത്തിൽ മുൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി അടൽ ബിഹാരി വാജ്പേയിയുടെ സംഭാവനകളെ ശ്രീ മോദി അനുസ്മരിച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു, “അടൽ ബിഹാരി വാജ്പേയി ജി ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡ് സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ ശ്രമങ്ങളും നയങ്ങളുമാണ് ഈ സംസ്ഥാനം പുതിയ ഉയരങ്ങളിലേക്കെത്തുന്നതിന് കാരണം.”
ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിൻ്റെ വികസനത്തിന് എൻ.ഡി.എ. സർക്കാർ നിരവധി നടപടികൾ കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് ശ്രീ മോദി കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു. ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിലെ യുവജനങ്ങൾക്ക് പുതിയ അവസരങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കാൻ ബി.ജെ.പി. പ്രതിജ്ഞാബദ്ധമാണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ അദ്ദേഹം, “ഞങ്ങൾ മുദ്ര യോജനക്കു കീഴിൽ വായ്പകൾ നൽകി നമ്മുടെ യുവജനങ്ങളെ ശാക്തീകരിച്ചു. അവർ നാളത്തെ സംരംഭകരാകണമെന്നാണ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ ആഗ്രഹം” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിലെ ജനങ്ങൾ കഴിവുകെട്ടതും അഴിമതി നിറഞ്ഞതുമായ സർക്കാരിൽനിന്ന് മോചിതരാകണമെന്ന കാര്യം പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മോദി ഊന്നിപ്പറഞ്ഞു. “ദേവഭൂമി ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡ് അഴിമതിയിൽ നിന്ന് മുക്തമാകണം. എന്തിനാണ് ചെറുകിട-ഇടത്തരം കച്ചവടക്കാർ ഹർദ നികുതി കൊടുക്കുന്നത്? ഇതിന് അവസാനമുണ്ടാകണം,” അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിൻ്റെ വികസനം ബി.ജെ.പിക്ക് സുപ്രധാനമാണെന്ന് ശ്രീ മോദി അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. “ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിന് വികാസ് ആണ് ആവശ്യം- അതായത് വിദ്യുത് (വൈദ്യുതി), കാനൂൻ വ്യവസ്ഥ (നിയമവ്യവസ്ഥ), സഡക് (മികച്ച റോഡുകൾ),” എന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മോദി പറഞ്ഞു.
ചാർധാമിനെ മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട റോഡുകൾ വഴി യോജിപ്പിക്കാൻ 12,000 കോടി രൂപ കേന്ദ്രസർക്കാർ അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും ശ്രീ മോദി പറഞ്ഞു. അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു, “ലോകത്തെമ്പാടുനിന്നുമുള്ള സഞ്ചാരികളെ ആകർഷിക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവ് ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിനുണ്ട്. ചാർധാമിനെ കൂട്ടിയോജിപ്പിക്കാൻ 12,000 കോടി രൂപ ഞങ്ങൾ അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.”
ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡ് ധൈര്യശാലികളുടെ നാടായിരുന്നു എന്ന് ശ്രീ മോദി പരാമർശിച്ചു. “നമ്മുടെ വിമുക്തഭടന്മാർ ഒരു റാങ്ക് ഒരേ പെൻഷൻ പദ്ധതിക്കായി നാലു പതിറ്റാണ്ടുകൾ പോരാടി. കോൺഗ്രസ് അതിന് യാതൊരു വിലയും കൊടുത്തില്ല,” എന്നദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
ബി.ജെ.പിക്ക് വോട്ട് ചെയ്ത് ഒരു അഴിമതിരഹിതസർക്കാരിനെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മോദി ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിലെ ജനങ്ങളോട് അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ചു. “അഭിവൃദ്ധി പ്രാപിച്ച ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡ് എന്ന അടൽജിയുടെ സ്വപ്നത്തിനായി സമർപ്പിച്ച ബി.ജെ.പി. സർക്കാരിനെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാൻ ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിലെ ജനങ്ങളോട് അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു,” എന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം ഉപസംഹരിച്ചു.
