पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी आज देशभरातील खेड्यांमधल्या 2014 पासून विद्युतीकरणांतर्गत, सर्व लाभार्थ्यांशी संवाद साधला. या संवादादरम्यान लाभार्थींशी पंतप्रधानांनी “प्रधानमंत्री सहज बिजली हर घर योजना- सौभाग्य योजना” या विषयावर व्हिडिओ ब्रीजद्वारे चर्चा केली. पंतप्रधानांचा व्हिडिओ ब्रीजद्वारे विविध सरकारी योजनांवरील हा दहावा संवाद आहे.
18,000 विद्युतीकरण झालेल्या खेड्यांमधील ग्रामस्थांशी बोलतांना पंतप्रधान म्हणाले की, “ज्या लोकांनी अंधार बघितलेला नाही त्यांना उजेडाची किंमत काय कळणार?”
संवादाच्या माध्यमातून पंतप्रधान म्हणाले की, एनडीए सरकारच्या कार्यकाळात हजारो खेड्यांचे विद्युतीकरण झाले. आधीच्या सरकारने दिलेल्या खोट्या वचनांचा उल्लेख करता, वर्तमान सरकारने प्रत्येक खेड्याचे विद्युतीकरण केले आहे. त्यामुळे आम्ही अधिकाराने बोलू शकतो. सरकारने केवळ विद्युतीकरणावर भर दिला नाही तर देशभरातील वितरण पद्धतीमध्ये सुधारणा केली असेही पंतप्रधान म्हणाले.
स्वातंत्र्यानंतरच्या 70 वर्षांमध्ये 18,000 खेडी विद्युतीकरणा अभावी होती. या चार वर्षांमध्ये या सर्व खेड्यांचे विद्युतीकरण पूर्ण झाले आहे. 28 एप्रिल 2018 ला ईशान्य क्षेत्रातील मणिपूरच्या लेईझंग खेडे हे सर्वात शेवटचे विद्युतीकरण झालेले खेडे आहे. 18,000 खेड्यांचे विद्युतीकरण करणे ही काही सोपी गोष्ट नाही. कारण ही खेडी अतिदुर्गम भागात, डोंगराळ भाग आणि जिथे अत्यंत हालाखीची विद्युत जोडणी आहे अशा ठिकाणी हे विद्युतीकरण झाले आहे. या सर्व अडथळ्यांवर मात करुन सर्व खेड्यांचे विद्युतीकरण करण्याचे स्वप्न समर्पित भावना असलेल्या सर्व लोकांच्या सहभागाने पूर्ण झाले आहे.
पंतप्रधानांनी पूर्वोत्तर भारतातील एकूण 18,000 खेड्यांमधील 14,582 गैर विद्युतीकरण झालेली खेडी आणि ईशान्य भागातील 5,790 खेड्यांचा कायापालट केला. सरकारने पूर्व भारताच्या विकासाला प्राधान्य दिले असून विद्युतीकरणही पूर्ण झाले आहे. आता पूर्वोत्तर भारत भारताच्या विकासात्मक प्रवासात मोठी भूमिका साकारु शकेल.
पंतप्रधान पुढे म्हणाले की, “प्रधानमंत्री सहज बिजली हर घर योजना” ही सर्व घरांमध्ये विद्युतीकरण पोहोचावे या उद्देशाने चालू करण्यात आली होती. 86 लक्षापेक्षा जास्त घरांमध्ये या योजनेद्वारे विद्युत पुरवठा देण्यात आला आहे. आता या योजनेने प्रगत टप्पा गाठला असून आमचे ध्येय आता 4 कोटी कुटुंबांना विद्युत जोडणी देणे हे आहे.
लाभार्थ्यांशी संवाद साधताना पंतप्रधान म्हणाले की, विद्युतीकरणामुळे लाभार्थ्यांच्या जीवनात परिवर्तन आले असून ते आता सूर्यास्तापूर्वी काम पूर्ण करु शकतात आणि त्यांची मुलं विद्युत दिव्यांमध्ये सहजपणे अभ्यास करु शकतात. बहुतांश लाभार्थ्यांनी सांगितले की, ग्रामस्थांच्या राहणीमानाचा दर्जा वाढला असून लाभार्थ्यांनी पंतप्रधानांच्या हर घर बिजली योजनेसाठी पंतप्रधानांचे आभार मानले.
