പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദി ഇന്ന് ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിലെ അലീഗഡിൽ ഒരു പൊതുയോഗത്തെ അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്തു. തൻ്റെ സർക്കാർ അഴിമതിക്കും കള്ളപ്പണത്തിനും എതിരെയുള്ള പോരാട്ടം തുടരുകയാണെന്ന് ചടങ്ങിൽ ശ്രീ മോദി പറഞ്ഞു, “2014-ൽ അധികാരത്തിൽ വന്നതുമുതൽ, അഴിമതി അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാനും അഴിമതിക്കാർക്കെതിരെ നടപടിയെടുക്കാനുമുള്ള പരിപാടികൾ ഞങ്ങൾ ഏറ്റെടുത്തിരിക്കുകയാണ്,” എന്നദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
യു.പി. സർക്കാർ, സംസ്ഥാനത്തിൻ്റെ വികസനത്തെക്കുറിച്ചോ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ വ്യവസായസ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ അടച്ചുപൂട്ടുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചോ വേവലാതിപ്പെടുന്നില്ലെന്ന്, യു.പിയിലെ എസ്.പി. സർക്കാരിനെ വിമർശിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മോദി പറഞ്ഞു. “അലിഗഡിലെ താഴുകൾ പേരുകേട്ടതാണ്. പക്ഷേ യു.പി. സർക്കാരിൻ്റെ പിടിപ്പുകേടുകൊണ്ട് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ വ്യവസായസ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ അടച്ചുപൂട്ടുകയാണ്.” അദ്ദേഹം തുടർന്നു, “ഞങ്ങളുടെ ശ്രദ്ധ വികാസിലാണ് - വിദ്യുത് (വൈദ്യുതി), കാനൂൻ (നിയമം), സഡക് (മികച്ച റോഡുകൾ).”
തൻ്റെ സർക്കാർ തൊഴിലവസരങ്ങൾ നൽകാനുള്ള പദ്ധതികൾ ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മോദി പറഞ്ഞു. “നമ്മുടെ യുവജനങ്ങൾ അഭിവൃദ്ധിപ്പെടുകയും തിളങ്ങുകയും വേണം. ഞങ്ങൾ മുദ്രാ യോജന നടപ്പാക്കി, അവർക്ക് വായ്പകൾ കൊടുക്കുകയും സംരംഭകത്വം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.”
ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിലെ കുറ്റവാളികൾക്ക് നിയമത്തിൽ ഒരു ഭയവുമില്ല എന്ന് ശ്രീ മോദി തുടർന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. “ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിലെ കുറ്റവാളികൾക്ക് നിയമത്തിൽ ഒരു ഭയവുമില്ല. കുറ്റവാളികൾക്ക് അഭയം നൽകുന്നവരെ അധികാരത്തിൽനിന്ന് പുറത്താക്കാൻ ഞാൻ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ജനങ്ങളോട് അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു,” എന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു.
കരിമ്പുകർഷകരുടെ ക്ഷേമപരിപാടികളെക്കുറിച്ച് സംസാരിച്ച പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി അവരുടെ കുടിശികകൾ 14 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ കൊടുത്തുതീർക്കുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. “ഞങ്ങൾ കരിമ്പുകർഷകർക്കായുള്ള ക്ഷേമപരിപാടികൾ നടപ്പാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് യു.പി. സർക്കാരിന് അവരെ സംരക്ഷിക്കാനാവാത്തത്” എന്നദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. “ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് നമ്മുടെ കർഷകർ അഭിവൃദ്ധിപ്പെടണമെന്നുണ്ട്. അവർക്ക് ഗുണകരമാകുന്ന സാദ്ധ്യമായ എല്ലാം ഞങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യും,” എന്നദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു.
എതിരാളികൾക്കെതിരെ ആക്രമണം അഴിച്ചുവിട്ട് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മോദി പറഞ്ഞു, “മറ്റെല്ലാ കക്ഷികളും ബാബാസാഹെബ് അംബേദ്കറുടെ ആദർശങ്ങളെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ ആയുധമാക്കുന്നു. പക്ഷേ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഡോ. അംബേദ്കറുടെ സംഭാവനകൾ ഏവരും അറിയപ്പെടേണ്ടതാണെന്നുണ്ട്.”
ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിലെ ജനങ്ങൾ ‘SCAM’-സമാജാവാദി പാർട്ടി, കോൺഗ്രസ്, അഖിലേഷ് യാദവ്, മായാവതി എന്നിവർക്കെതിരെ പോരാടണമെന്ന് ശ്രീ മോദി പറഞ്ഞു. അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു, “ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിന് സ്കാം ആവശ്യമില്ല. അതിന്, വികസനവും പാവങ്ങളുടെയും മുതിർന്നവരുടെയും ക്ഷേമത്തിനുവേണ്ടി ഉഴിഞ്ഞുവച്ച ബി.ജെ.പി. സർക്കാരാണ് ആവശ്യം.”
