बऱ्याच अवधीपासून रवांडा येथील भारतीय समुदाय एका उच्चायोगाची मागणी करत आहे. आता ही मागणी पूर्ण होणार आहे आणि आपण सर्व भारताशी अधिक जोडले जाणार आहात असे त्यांनी सांगितले.
