രാഷ്ട്രപതിയുടെ നയപ്രഖ്യാപനത്തിന് നന്ദിരേഖപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള പ്രമേയത്തിന്മേല് നടന്ന ചര്ച്ചയില് ഇന്ന് ലോക്സഭയില് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദി മറുപടി നല്കി. ചര്ച്ചയ്ക്ക് ചൂടും വീറും പകരുകയും കൂടുതല് ഉള്ക്കാഴ്ചയുള്ള നിര്ദ്ദേശങ്ങള് അവതരിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത വിവിധ അംഗങ്ങള്ക്ക് അദ്ദേഹം നന്ദിരേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.
ജനങ്ങളുടെ കരുത്തായ ‘ജനശക്തി’യെക്കുറിച്ച് തന്റെ പ്രസംഗത്തില് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പ്രത്യേകം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. ഈ ജനശക്തികൊണ്ടാണ് ഒരു പാവപ്പെട്ട കുടുംബത്തില് ജനിച്ച വ്യക്തിക്ക് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയാകാന് കഴിഞ്ഞതെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
തന്നെപ്പോലെ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യസമരത്തിന് വേണ്ടി ജീവത്യാഗം ചെയ്യാന് കഴിയാത്ത നിരവധിപേര് ഇവിടെയുണ്ട്. സ്വതന്ത്ര ഇന്ത്യയില് ജനിച്ച് ഇവിടെ ജീവിക്കുന്ന അവരും രാജ്യസേവനത്തില് തന്നെയാണ് ഏര്പ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. ജനശക്തിയിലുള്ള വിശ്വാസം നല്ല ഫലങ്ങള് നല്കുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നമ്മുടെ ജനങ്ങളില് അന്തര്ലീനമായിരിക്കുന്ന കഴിവുകളെ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞ് അതിനെ അംഗീകരിച്ച് ഇന്ത്യയെ പുതിയ ഉയരങ്ങളിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോകാനും അംഗങ്ങളോട് ആഹ്വാനംചെയ്തു.
ബജറ്റ് തീയതി നേരത്തെയാക്കാന് കൈകൊണ്ട തീരുമാനത്തിന്റെ യുക്തി വിശദീകരിച്ച പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി, അത് ഫണ്ടുകളുടെ കൂടുതല് കാര്യക്ഷമമായ വിനിയോഗം ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുമെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കി. അതോടൊപ്പം ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഗതാഗതമേഖലയ്ക്ക് ഇന്ന് വേണ്ടത് സമഗ്രമായ ഒരു സമീപനമാണെന്നും ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. അതിന് എല്ലാം കൂടിചേരുന്ന ഒരു പൊതുബജറ്റ് കൊണ്ടു മാത്രമേ സാധിക്കുള്ളുവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
താന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിപദം ഏറ്റെടുത്തശേഷം നടക്കുന്ന സംവാദങ്ങളിലുണ്ടായ മാറ്റങ്ങളില് അദ്ദേഹം സംതൃപ്തി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി. അഴിമതികളിലൂടെ എത്ര പണം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടുവെന്ന് ചര്ച്ചചെയ്തിരുന്നിടത്തുനിന്നും എത്ര കള്ളപ്പണം കണ്ടെടുത്തു എന്ന തലത്തിലേക്ക് ചര്ച്ചകള് കൊണ്ടുപോകാന് കഴിഞ്ഞുവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
തന്റെ പോരാട്ടാം രാജ്യത്തെ പാവങ്ങള്ക്ക് വേണ്ടിയാണെന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ച പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി, പാവപ്പെട്ടവര്ക്ക് അര്ഹതപ്പെട്ടത് നേടിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഈ പോരാട്ടം തുടരുമെന്നും വ്യക്തമാക്കി. എല്ലാത്തിനെയൂം തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന്റെ കണ്ണാടിയില് കൂടി നോക്കി കാണാനല്ല ഈ സര്ക്കാര് ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത്. അതിലേറെ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ താല്പര്യമാണ് ഗവണ്മെന്റിന് പരമപ്രധാനമെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്ത്തു.
നാണയ മൂല്യശോഷണത്തെ ശുചിത്വ ഭാരത ദൗത്യവുമായി താരതമ്യം ചെയ്ത അദ്ദേഹം കള്ളപ്പണത്തിലും അഴിമതിയില് നിന്നും രാജ്യത്തെ മോചിപ്പിച്ച് ശുചീകരിക്കാനുള്ള പ്രവര്ത്തനമായിരുന്നു ഇതെന്നും പറഞ്ഞു.
നാണയ മൂല്യശോഷണവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ചട്ടങ്ങളും ഉത്തരവുകളും നിരന്തരം മാറ്റുന്നുവെന്ന ആരോപണത്തിന് മറുപടി പറഞ്ഞ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി, അത് ആ നടപടികളില് പഴുത് കണ്ടെത്താന് ശ്രമിക്കുന്നവരേക്കാള് ഒരു ചുവട് മുന്നേയുള്ള നീക്കമായിരുന്നുവെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കി. മഹാത്മാഗാന്ധി തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ ചട്ടങ്ങള് ആയരത്തിലധികം പ്രാവശ്യം മാറ്റിയതും അദ്ദേഹം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
കര്ഷകര്ക്ക് കൂടുതല് ഗുണകരവും പ്രയോജനകരവുമായ രീതിയിലാണ് വിള ഇന്ഷ്വറന്സ് പദ്ധതി നടപ്പാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടികള് സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി അറിയിച്ചു.
രാജ്യത്തെ സായുധ സേനകളെ അഭിനന്ദിച്ച പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി രാജ്യത്തെ ഏത് അപകടങ്ങളില് നിന്നും രക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനും പ്രതിരോധിക്കുന്നതിനും പൂര്ണ്ണമായി ശേഷിയുള്ളവരാണ് അവരെന്നും ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
