നാനാജി ദേശ്മുഖിന്റെ ജന്മശതാബ്ദി ആഘോഷങ്ങള്ക്ക് തുടക്കം കുറിച്ച് കൊണ്ട് ന്യൂഡല്ഹിയിലെ പുസയിലുള്ള ഇന്ത്യന് കാര്ഷിക ഗവേഷണ ഇന്സ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടില് (ഐ.എ.ആര്.ഐ) നടന്ന ചടങ്ങില് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ. നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി സംബന്ധിച്ചു.
‘സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയും ഗ്രാമീണ ജീവിതവും’ എന്ന വിഷയത്തെ ആസ്പദമാക്കിയുള്ള പ്രദര്ശനം അദ്ദേഹം സന്ദര്ശിച്ചു. കേന്ദ്ര ഗ്രാമവികസന മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന്റെ പദ്ധതികള്, സംരംഭങ്ങള്, മികച്ച സമ്പ്രദായങ്ങള്, അവയുടെ പ്രയോഗം എന്നിവ വരച്ച് കാട്ടുന്നതാണ് പ്രദര്ശനം. ഏതാനും ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളുമായും നവീന ആശയ സൃഷ്ടാക്കളുമായും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ആശയ വിനിമയം നടത്തി.
നാനാജി ദേശ്മുഖിന്റെയും, ലോക്നായക് ജയപ്രകാശ് നാരായണ്ന്റെയും സ്മരണയ്ക്ക് മുന്നില് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പുഷ്പാര്ച്ചന നടത്തി. നാനാജി ദേശ്മുഖിന്റെ സ്മരണാര്ത്ഥം ഒരു സ്മാരക തപാല് സ്റ്റാമ്പിന്റെ പ്രകാശനവും അദ്ദേഹം നിര്വ്വഹിച്ചു.
എം.പി. മാര്ക്കും, എം.എല്.എ. മാര്ക്കും വേണ്ടി വികസിപ്പിച്ച സ്മാര്ട്ട് ഗവേണന്സ് ടൂളായ ദിശാ പോര്ട്ടലിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടനവും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നിര്വ്വഹിച്ചു. എം.പി. മാര്ക്കും, എം.എല്.എ. മാര്ക്കും തങ്ങളുടെ മണ്ഡലങ്ങളില് നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന വിവിധ പദ്ധതികളുടെയും പരിപാടികളുടെയും പുരോഗതി നിരീക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിന് ഉള്ള പോര്ട്ടലാണിത്. 20 മന്ത്രാലയങ്ങളുടെ 41 പദ്ധതികളുടെ സംയോജിത വിവരങ്ങള് ഈ പോര്ട്ടലില് ഉള്ക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
രാജ്യത്തെ ഗ്രാമീണരെ ശാക്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് രൂപം കൊടുത്ത പൗരകേന്ദ്രീകൃത മൊബൈല് ആപ്പായ ഗ്രാം സംവാദിന്റെ പ്രകാശനവും അദ്ദേഹം നിര്വ്വഹിച്ചു. ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്ത് തലത്തില് വിവിധ ഗ്രാമവികസന പദ്ധതികളെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിവരങ്ങള് ജനങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഈ ആപ്പിലൂടെ ലഭിക്കും. നിലവില് കേന്ദ്ര ഗ്രാമ വികസന മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന്റെ ഏഴ് പദ്ധതികളാണ് ഈ ആപ്പില് ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്.
ഐ.എ.ആര്.ഐ. യുടെ പ്ലാന്റ് ഫീനോമിക്സ് സംവിധാനവും, 11 ഗ്രാമീണ സ്വയം പരിശീലന ഇന്സ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടുകളും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ഡിജിറ്റലായി ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു.
സ്വയംസഹായ ഗ്രൂപ്പുകള്, പഞ്ചായത്ത് അംഗങ്ങള്, ജലപരിരക്ഷകര്, പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പാര്പ്പിട പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഗുണഭോക്താക്കള് എന്നിവരടക്കം പതിനായിരത്തിലേറെ വരുന്ന സദസ്സിനെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്തു.
രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ അഭിവൃദ്ധിക്കായി തങ്ങളുടെ ജീവിതം സമര്പ്പിച്ച രണ്ട് മഹാന്മാരായ നേതാക്കളുടെ – നാനാജി ദേശ്മുഖിന്റെയും ലോക്നായക് ജയപ്രകാശ് നാരായണിന്റെയും ജന്മശതാബ്ദിയാണ് ഇന്നെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി..
Thanking the participants for sharing their views, the Prime Minister said that many suggestions received in the last meeting in 2016 have helped policy making. He also said that scope for reform in many areas still exists. The Prime Minister appreciated the focussed suggestions made by the participants.
The Prime Minister thanked all participants for sharing holistic suggestions, keeping in mind India's unique potential and requirements in the oil and gas sector, instead of merely confining themselves to the concerns of their respective organisations.
The Prime Minister observed that the suggestions made today covered policy, administrative as well as regulatory issues.
The Prime Minister thanked the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and Rosneft, for their commitments and support to the energy sector in India. He appreciated the 2030 vision document of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Warmly recalling his visit to Saudi Arabia, he said many progressive decisions are being taken there in the energy sector. He looked forward to various opportunities for cooperation between India and Saudi Arabia in the near future.
The Prime Minister said that the status of the energy sector in India is highly uneven. He welcomed the suggestion made for a comprehensive energy policy. He stressed on the need to develop energy infrastructure and access to energy in Eastern India. He flagged the potential of biomass energy and also invited participation and joint ventures in coal gasification. He welcomed all possibilities for innovation and research in the oil and gas sector.
The Prime Minister indicated that as India moves towards a cleaner and more fuel-efficient economy, he also wants its benefits to expand horizontally to all sections of the society, and in particular to the poorest.
