സ്ത്രീകളെ ശാക്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിനായും അവരുടെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ അനുകൂലമായ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടുവരാനും കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള നിരവധി പരിഷ്ക്കരണ, സംരംഭ പരിപാടികളെ കുറിച്ചും അദ്ദേഹം സംസാരിച്ചു .
