প্রধানমন্ত্রী শ্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী আজ ভিডিও কনফারেন্সিং –এর মাধ্যমে বিকশিত ভারত সংকল্প যাত্রার সুবিধা প্রাপকদের সঙ্গে কথা বলেছেন। তিনি প্রধানমন্ত্রী মহিলা কিষাণ ড্রোন কেন্দ্রেরও সূচনা করেছেন। অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধানমন্ত্রী দেওঘর এইমসে ১০ হাজার তম জনওষধি কেন্দ্র জাতির উদ্দেশে উৎসর্গ করেছেন। এছাড়া শ্রী মোদী  দেশে জনওষধি কেন্দ্রের সংখ্যা ১০ হাজার থেকে ২৫ হাজার বৃদ্ধি করার অনুষ্ঠানেরও সূচনা করেছেন। প্রধানমন্ত্রী এই ২ টি কর্মসূচিরই ঘোষণা করেছিলেন এবছরের স্বাধীনতা দিবসের ভাষণে। প্রধানমন্ত্রী এদিন ঝাড়খন্ডের দেওঘর, ওড়িসার রায়গড়া, অন্ধ্রপ্রদেসের প্রকাশম, অরুণাচল প্রদেসের নামসাই এবং জম্মু ও কাশ্মীরের আরনিয়ার সুবিধাপ্রাপকদের সঙ্গে কথা বলেন।
 

সমাবেশে ভাষণে প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, বিকশিত ভারত সংকল্প যাত্রা পঞ্চদশ দিন পূর্ণ করছে আজ এবং এটি আরো গতি পেয়েছে।. প্রধানমন্ত্রী তাঁর সরকারে আস্থা রাখার জন্য নাগরিকদের ধন্যবাদ জানান। তিনি জানান, মোদী কি গ্যারান্টি ভিহিক্যাল ১২ হাজারের বেশি গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতে পৌঁছেছে। প্রায় ৩০ লক্ষ নাগরিক এতে যুক্ত হয়েছেন। তিনি ভিভিএসওয়াইতে মহিলাদের অংশগ্রহণের প্রশংসা করেন। 
 

প্রধানমন্ত্রী ভিভিএসওয়াইয়ের সাফল্যের জন্য সরকারে আস্থা এবং তার প্রয়াসকে কৃতিত্ব দিয়েছেন। প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, ভোট ব্যাঙ্ক এবং তোষণের রাজনীতির জন্য পূর্বতন সরকার জনগণের আস্থা হারিয়েছিল।
 

প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, উন্নত ভারতের সংকল্প শুধু মোদী এবং কোনো সরকারের নয়। এটা সকলের সংকল্প উন্নয়নের পথে যাবার জন্য। ভিভিএসওয়াইয়ের লক্ষ্য সরকারের কর্মসূচি এবং সুফল পিছিয়ে থাকা মানুষের কাছে পৌঁছে দেওয়া। তিনি বলেন, ভিভিএসওয়াই বিকশিত ভারতের ৪ টি অমৃত স্তম্ভের ওপর নির্মিত। ভারতের নারী শক্তি, যুবশক্তি, কৃষক এবং ভারতের গরিব পরিবারের উন্নতি হলেই ভারত উন্নত ভারত হয়ে উঠবে। কৃষি ক্ষেত্রে মহিলাদের ড্রোনের ব্যবহার এবং গরিব পরিবারকে সস্তায় ওষুধ দেওয়ার মত ২ টি মহিলা সশক্তিকরণের বিষয়টিও উল্লেখ করেছেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী। প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, জনওষধি কেন্দ্রগুলিকে এখন মোদীর ওষুধের দেকান বলা হচ্ছে। তিনি এই ভালবাসা দেওয়ার জন্য নাগরিকদের ধন্যবাদ জানান। সবশেষে প্রধানমন্ত্রী সমগ্র সরকারি ব্যবস্থা এবং সরকারি কর্মচারীদের গুরুত্বের উল্লেখ করেন এই সমগ্র অভিযান শুরু করার জন্য। কয়েক বছর আগের গ্রাম স্বরাজ অভিয়ানের সাফল্যের উল্লেখ করেন তিনি। তিনি জানান ওই অভিযানে ২ পর্বে ৭ টি কর্মসূচি ৬০ হাজার গ্রামে পৌঁছে দেওয়া গেছিল। সরকারি প্রতিনিধিদের প্রয়াসের প্রশংসা করেন তিনি। সবশেষে শ্রী মোদী বলেন, “সম্পূর্ণ সততার সঙ্গে দৃঢ়তার সঙ্গে থাকুন এবং প্রতিটি গ্রামে পৌঁছন। বিকশিত ভারত সংকল্প যাত্রা সফল হওয়া সম্ভব।”

Prime Minister condoles loss of lives in a mishap in Surat, Gujarat

PM announces ex-gratia from PMNRF

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today expressed deep pain over the tragic mishap in Surat district, Gujarat. He extended his heartfelt condolences to those who have lost their loved ones and prayed for the earliest recovery of the injured. The Prime Minister noted that rescue operations are underway and authorities are providing all possible assistance at the accident site.

The Prime Minister has announced an ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) for the next of kin of each deceased. Shri Modi also noted that Rs. 50,000 would be provided to those who sustained injuries in the incident.

The Prime Minister posted on X:

"Deeply pained to hear about a mishap in Surat district, Gujarat. My condolences to those who have lost their loved ones. May the injured recover at the earliest. Rescue operations are underway and authorities are providing all possible assistance at the accident site.

An ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of each deceased. The injured would be given Rs. 50,000: PM"
