وزیر اعظم نے وجے دشمی کے مبارک موقع پر سات نئی ڈیفنس کمپنیوں کو قوم کے لیے وقف کیے جانے کی تقریب میں ویڈیو کے زریعے خطاب کیا

‘‘سات کمپنیوں کا قیام ڈاکٹر کلام کے مضبوط ہندستان کے خواب کو استحکام بخشے گا’’
‘‘ یہ سات نئی کمپنیاں آنے والے وقت میں ملک کی فوجی طاقت کے لیے ایک مضبوط بنیاد بنیں گی’’
‘‘65 ہزار کروڑ روپے سے زیادہ کی آرڈر بُک ان کمپنیوں پر ملک کے بڑھتے اعتماد کا اشارہ دیتی ہے’’
‘‘ آج دفاعی سیکٹر میں بے نظیر شفافیت ، اعتماد اور ٹکنالوجی پر مبنی موقف دکھائی دے رہا ہے’’
‘‘گذشتہ پانچ برسوں میں ہماری دفاعی بر آمدات میں 325 فی صد کا اضافہ ہوا ہے’’
‘‘جبکہ مسابقانہ لاگت ہماری طاقت ہے، معیار اور بھروسہ مندی ہماری شناخت ہونی چاہئے ’’

وزیر اعظم جناب نریندر مودی نے سات نئی دفاعی کمپنیوں کو قوم کے لیے وقف کرنے کے سلسلے میں وزارت دفاع کے زیر اہتمام منعقدہ تقریب میں ویڈیو کے زریعے خطاب کیا۔ وزیر دفاع جناب راجناتھ سنگھ اور دفاع کے وزیر مملکت جناب اجے بھٹ اور دیگر ہستیاں اس موقع پر موجود تھی۔

اپنی تقریب میں وزیر اعظم جناب نریندر مودی نے آج وجے دشمی کے با برکت موقع اور اس دن اسلہ جات کی پوجا کی روایت کا ذکر کیا۔  انہوں نے کہا کہ ہندستان میں ہم طاقت کو تخلیق کا زریعہ مانتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اسی جزبے کے ساتھ قوم استحکام کی  جانب بڑھ رہی ہے۔

انہوں نے ڈاکٹر اے پی جے عبد الکلام کو بھی خراج عقیدت پیش کیا اور کہا کہ ڈاکٹر عبد الکلام نے ایک مضبوط ملک کے لیے اپنی زندگی کو وقف کر دیا تھا اور کہا کہ آرڈننس مفیکٹریوں کی تشکیل نو اور سات کمپنیوں کے قیام سے مضبوط ہند ستان کے ان کے خواب کو مستحکم کہا جا سکے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہندستان کی آزادی کے اس امرت کال کے دوران ملک کاایک نیا نستقبل تعمیر کرنے کے مختلف عرائم کے ایک حصے کے طور پر ایک نئی دفاعی کمپنیوں کا  قیام عمل میں آیا ہے۔

وزیر اعظم نے کہا کہ ان کمپنیوں کے قیام کا فیصلہ طویل عرصے سے التواءمیں تھا اور انہوں نے یقین ظاہر کیا کہ آنے والے وقت میں یہ بات نئی کمپنیاں ملک کی فوجی طاقت کے لیے ایک مضبوط بنیاد بنیں گی۔ ہندستانی آرڈننس فیکٹریوں کے ماضی کی بات کرےت ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ آزادی کے بعد ان کمپنیوں کا معیار بہتر بنانے کو نظر انداز کیا گیا جس کے نتیجے میں ملک کو اپنی ضروریات کے لیے غیر ملکی سپلائروں پر اعتماد  کرنا پڑا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ‘‘ یہ سات دفاعی کمپنیاں اس صورتحال کو بدلنے میں اہم رول ادا کرینگی۔

انہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ یہ کمپنیاں آتم نربھر بھارت کے ویژن کے عین مطابق ایک اہم متبادل بنیں گی۔ 65 ہزار کروڑ روپے سے زیادہ کیا آرڈر بُک ان کمپنیوں پر ملک کے بڑھتے اعتماد کا مظہر ہے۔

انہوں نے ماضی قریب میں کیے گئے کئی اقدامات اور اصلاحات کا ذکر کیا جن سے دفاع کے سیکٹر میں اعتماد ، شفافیت اور ٹکنا لوجی پر مبنی نظریہ اس طرح سے سامنے آیا ہے جس کی اس سے پہلے مثال بنیں ملتی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ قومی سیکیورٹی کے مشن میں نجی اور سرکادی سیکٹر ایک ساتھ کام کر رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے نئے نظرئیے کی مثال کے طور پر اتر پردیش اور تملناڈو ڈیفنس کو ریڈورز کے نام لیے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اب جبکہ نو جوانوں اور MSME کے لیے نئے مواقع ابھر رہے ہیں، ملک حالیہ برسوں میں باہمی میں تبدیلی کے نتیجے دیکھ رہا ہے۔ وزیر اعظم نے کہا کہ ہماری دفاعی بر آمدات میں گذشتہ پانچ برس کے دوران 325 فی صد کا اضافہ ہوا ہے۔

وزیر اعظم نے کہا کہ ہمارا نشانہ یہ ہے کہ ہماری کمپنیاں نہ صرف یہ کہ اپنی پیداوار میں مہار ت قائم کریں بلکہ یہ ایک گلوبل برانڈ بنیں۔ انہوں نے زور دے کر کہا کہ جبکہ مسابقانہ  قیمت ہماری طاقت ہے، معیار اور بھروسہ مندی ہماری شناخت ہونی چاہیے۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ 21 ویں صدی میں کسی بھی قوم یا کسی بھی کمپنی کی ترقی اور برانڈ ویلیو اسکی تحقیق و ترقی اور اختراع سے جانی جاتی ہے۔ انہوں نے نئی کمپنیوں سے اپیل کی کہ تحقیق اور اخراع ان کے کام کا ج کا حصہ ہو نا چاہئے تاکہ وہ نہ صرف برابری پر آئیں بلکہ مستقبل کی ٹکنا لوجیز کی قیادت کریں۔ اس تشکیل نو سے نئی کمپنیوں کو اختراع اور مہارت کے حصول کے لیے اور زیادہ خود مختاری حاصل ہوگی اور نئی کمپنیاں اس نوعیت کی صلاحیتوں کی حوصلہ افزائی کریں۔ انہوں نے اسٹارٹ اپس پر زور دیا کہ وہ ان کمپنیوں کے زریعے نئے سفر کا حصہ بنیں اور ایک دوسرے کے تحقیق اور مہارت کو بروئے کار لائیں۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ حکومت نے ان کمپنیوں کو نہ صرف پیداوار کا بہتر ماحول فراہم کیا ہے۔ بلکہ کام کاج میں مکمل خود مختاری بھی دی ہے۔

کام کاج میں خود مختاری اور بہتر کار کردگی کویقینی بنانے کے لیے اور ترقی کے امکانات اور اختراع کو بروائے کار لانے کے لیے حکومت کے آرڈننس فیکٹری میں بورڈ کو حکومت کے ڈپارٹمنٹ سے سو فیصد سرکاری ملکیت والے کورپوریٹ  اداروں میں تبدیل کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا جس کا مقصد دفاع کے شعبے میں خود کفالت کو بہتر بنانا ہے۔ اس طرح سات نئی کمپنیوں کو شامل کیا گیا جن کے نام ہیں۔
