نئی دہلی،12جولائی / وزیراعظم جناب نریندر مودی نے آج ویڈیو برج کے ذریعے ملک بھر کے سیلف ہیلپ گروپس کے ممبروں اور دین دیال انتودیا یوجنا سے فائدہ اٹھانے والوں کے ساتھ بات چیت کی۔ وزیر اعظم کی اس بات چیت پروگرام میں مختلف سیلف ہیلپ گروپس کی نمائندگی کرنے والی ایک کروڑ سے زیادہ خواتین کا احاطہ کیا گیا ہے۔ وزیراعظم کی ویڈیو پروگرام کے ذریعے مختلف سرکاری اسکیموں سے فائدہ اٹھانے والوں کے ساتھ بات چیت کی سیریز میں یہ 9 ویں بات چیت تھی ۔ مختلف ریاستوں کے سیلف ہیلپ گروپس کی خواتین کے ساتھ بات چیت کرنے پر خوشی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ ہر ممبر عہد ، اجتماعی کوششوں اور صنعت کاری کی ایک تحریک دینے والی مثال ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ عورتیں صنعت کاری میں مصروف ہیں۔ ان کے پاس مشکل حالات کے دوران خود اعتمادی حاصل کرنے کی زبردست اندرونی طاقت ہے اور انہیں صرف کار کردگی دکھانے کے لئے مواقع کی ضرورت ہے۔ وزیراعظم نے مزید کہا کہ خواتین کے تعاون کے بغیر متعدد سیکٹر، خاص کر زراعت اور ڈیری کے بارے میں سوچنا بھی نا ممکن ہے۔ یہ پورے ملک میں عورتوں کو با اختیار بنانے کا سچا جذبہ ہے۔

وزیراعظم جناب نریندر مودی نے بات چیت کے دوران کہا کہ دین دیال انتودیہ یوجنا –نیشنل رورل لائیولی ہُڈ مشن ’دیہی علاقوں میں روزی روٹی کا قومی مشن ‘تمام ریاستوں میں شروع کیا گیا ہے ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اس اسکیم کا مقصد ڈھائی لاکھ گرام پنچایتوں میں کروڑوں کنبوں تک پہنچنا ہے اور انہیں روزی روٹی کے مواقع فراہم کرنا ہے ۔انہوں نے اسکیم کے کامیاب نفاذ کے لئے تمام ریاستوں اور افسروں کو بھی مبارکباد دی ۔

سیلف ہیلپ گروپس کے بارے میں بات کرتےہوئے وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ سیلف ہیلپ گروپس غریبوں ، خصوصاً معاشرے کی دیہی طبقوں کے غریب کی عورتوں کے لئے معاشی اور سماجی ترقی میں اہم رول ادا کر تے ہیں ۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ 2011 اور 2014 کے مقابلے میں پچھلے چار سال کے عرصے میں سیلف ہیلپ گروپوں کی تعداد چار گنا ہو گئی ہے۔ اس سے دیہی علاقوں میں روزگار پیدا ہو رہے ہیں اور صنعت کاروں کی تعداد میں اضافہ ہو رہا ہے۔ 2011 اور 2014 کے تین سال کے دوران صرف پانچ لاکھ سیلف ہیلپ گروپ تشکیل دیئے گئے۔ جو 52 لاکھ کنبوں کو کور کرتے ہوئے جبکہ 2014 کے بعد سے اضافی 20 لاکھ سیلف ہیلپ گروپس بنائے گئے ،جنہوں نے سوا دو کروڑ کنبوں کو کور کیا ۔

وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ حکومت ملک بھر میں سیلف ہیلپ گروپس کو فروغ دینے کے لئے تربیت ، مالی امداد اور مواقع بھی فراہم کر رہی ہے ۔ مہیلا کسان سشکتی کرن پریوجنا کے ذریعے 33 لاکھ سے زیادہ خواتین کسانوں کو تربیت دی گئی ۔ فی الحال پورے دیہی ہندوستان میں تقریباً 5 کروڑ خواتین کی سرگرم شرکت کے ساتھ 45 لاکھ سیلف ہیلپ گروپس ہیں۔

وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ دین دیال انتودیا یوجنا کے ذریعے دیہی نوجوانوں کو ہنر مند بنانے کے لئے خاص توجہ دی گئی ہے۔ ایک بہتر زندگی کے لئے نوجوانوں کی امنگوں کو پورا کرنے کی غرض سے روزگار کے ساتھ ساتھ خود روزگار کی تربیت دی گئی ہے۔ جناب مودی نے مزید بتایا کہ 600 دیہی خود روزگار تربیتی ادارے کے ذریعے ہنر مندی کے فروغ میں تقریباً 28 لاکھ نوجوانوں کو تربیت دی گئی ہے اور تقریباً 19 لاکھ کو روزگار دیا گیا ہے۔

بات چیت کے دوران وزیراعظم نے ویلیو ایڈیشن اور ویلیو چین اپروچ کی اہمیت کے بارے میں بھی بات چیت کی۔ انہوں نے سیلف ہیلپ گروپوں سے اپیل کی کہ وہ اپنے اشیاء اور سامان فروخت کرنے کے لئے گورنمنٹ ای مارکیٹ پلیس میں اندراج کرائیں ۔

وزیراعظم کے ساتھ بات چیت کرتے ہوئے ممبروں نے اپنے تجربات سے آگاہ کیا اور سیلف ہیلپ گروپوں کے ساتھ جوڑنے پر کامیابی کی داستانیں بتائیں ۔ وزیراعظم نے اس بات کے لئے تعریف کی کس طرح غریب عورتوں نے اپنی خود اعتمادی کے ساتھ اور تمام مشکلات کے باوجود حالات کا مقابلہ کیا۔

فیض پانے والی خواتین نے بھی وضاحت کی کہ کس طرح سیلف ہیلپ گروپوں نے ان کی زندگی میں ایک مثبت تبدیلی پیدا کی ہے۔ وزیراعظم نے فیض پانے والوں سے کہا کہ وہ نریندر مودی ایپ کے ذریعے اپنے خیالات اور فوٹو ساتھ اپنی کامیابی کی داستانیں بھیجیں۔

State Visit of Prime Minister to Seychelles

As part of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s State Visit to Seychelles from 27-29 June 2026, Prime Minister and the President of Seychelles, H.E. Dr. Patrick Herminie today held official talks at the State House in Victoria, Mahe.

The talks covered the full spectrum of bilateral relations, with the leaders agreeing to further strengthen cooperation in health, education, capacity building, digital transformation, sustainable development, social infrastructure, renewable energy, maritime security and defence. They also exchanged views on regional and global developments, including challenges in the Indian Ocean region, such as illegal fishing, drug trafficking and piracy. Both leaders expressed satisfaction at the progress made in the implementation of projects and initiatives under the Special Economic Package announced by India. Prime Minister reaffirmed India’s commitment to supporting the development priorities of Seychelles and to further deepen the close and enduring partnership between the two countries.

Following the official talks, both leaders released a joint commemorative logo marking 50 years of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Several MoUs/agreements in the fields of Capacity Building, UPI, Health, Agriculture, Shipping, Space, Extradition and Line of Credit were exchanged thereafter. In addition, several announcements in the fields of food security, infrastructure, health, vocational training, maritime security and defence were made in support of the development needs of Seychelles. Later in the day, Prime Minister addressed an Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of Seychelles, becoming the first Indian Prime Minister to do so. In his address, he highlighted the historical bonds of friendship between India and Seychelles and underscored the shared values of democracy, rule of law and people-centric governance that guide the two countries. He noted that mutual trust and close cooperation have shaped a robust partnership spanning development cooperation, maritime security, technology, innovation, health and capacity building. The Leader of Opposition of Seychelles, H.E. Mr. Bernard Georges, also called on Prime Minister. The two leaders discussed India-Seychelles bilateral ties and conveyed their strong support to further build the special friendship between the two countries.
