செஷல்ஸ் குடியரசின் அதிபர்,

மாண்புமிகு வாவெல் ராம்கலவான் அவர்களே,

மரியாதைக்குரிய விருந்தினர்களே,

வணக்கம்,

அதிபர் ராம்கல்வான் அவர்களுக்கு மனமார்ந்த வாழ்த்துகளை தெரிவித்துக் கொண்டு எனது உரையை தொடங்க விரும்புகிறேன். அவர் இந்தியாவின் மைந்தராவார், அவரது வேர்கள் பிகாரின் கோபால்கஞ்ச் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ளன. இன்றைக்கு, அவரது கிரமமான பர்சவுனியில் உள்ள மக்கள் மட்டுமில்லாது, அனைத்து இந்தியர்களும் அவரது சாதனைகள் குறித்து பெருமையடைகிறார்கள்.

அதிபராக அவர் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டதன் மூலம், மக்கள் சேவை மீதான அவரது அர்ப்பணிப்பின் மீது செஷல்ஸ் மக்கள் வைத்திருக்கும் நம்பிக்கை புலப்படுகிறது.

நண்பர்களே,

செஷல்சுக்கு 2015-ல் நான் மேற்கொண்ட பயணத்தை நினைத்து பார்க்கிறேன். இந்தியப் பெருங்கடல் பகுதி நாடுகளுக்கு நான் மேற்கொண்ட பயணங்களில் முதலாவது அதுவாகும். இந்தியப் பெருங்கடல் பகுதியில் இந்தியா மற்றும் செஷல்ஸ் வலுவான மற்றும் முக்கியமான கூட்டு நட்புறவை பகிர்ந்து கொள்கின்றன.

 

இந்தியாவின் ‘சாகர்’ – ‘பிராந்தியத்தில் உள்ள அனைவருக்கும் " பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் வளர்ச்சி’ லட்சியத்தின் மையப்பகுதியாக செஷல்ஸ் உள்ளது.

செஷல்சின் பாதுகாப்பு திறன்களின் வளர்ச்சி, அதன் உள்கட்டமைப்பு மற்றும் வளர்ச்சி தேவைகளை பூர்த்தி செய்வதில் கூட்டாளியாக இருப்பதற்கு இந்தியா பெருமையடைகிறது. நமது உறவுகளில் இன்றைய தினம் முக்கிய மைல்கல்லாகும். நமது வளர்ச்சி கூட்டு நட்புறவு மூலமாக நிறைவடைந்துள்ள பல்வேறு புதிய திட்டங்களை இணைந்து திறந்து வைக்க நாம் சந்தித்திருக்கிறோம்.

நண்பர்களே,

சுதந்திரமான நீதி அமைப்பு அனைத்து ஜனநாயகங்களுக்கும் முக்கியமாகும். செஷல்சின் புதிய மாஜிஸ்திரேட்டு நீதிமன்ற கட்டிடத்தை கட்டுவதற்கு பங்களித்தது நமக்கு மகிழ்ச்சியளிக்கிறது. கொவிட்-19 பெருந்தொற்றின் சோதனையான காலகட்டத்திலும் இந்த நவீன கட்டிடத்தின் பணிகள் நிறைவடைந்துள்ளன.

நமது ஆழமான மற்றும் நெருக்கமான நட்பின் அடையாளமாக இது நீண்ட காலம் நினைவு கூறப்படும்.

வளர்ச்சிக் கூட்டு நட்புறவு,  மனிதம் சார்ந்த அணுகுதலையே இந்தியா எப்போதுமே நம்பி வந்திருக்கிறது. இன்று திறக்கப்படும் பத்து உயர் தாக்க சமூக வளர்ச்சி திட்டங்களில் இந்த தத்துவம் பிரதிபலிக்கிறது.

செஷல்ஸ் முழுவதும் உள்ள சமூகங்களின் வாழ்க்கையில் நேர்மறை மாற்றத்தை இத்திட்டங்கள் கொண்டு வரும்.

நண்பர்களே,

செஷல்சின் கடல்சார் பாதுகாப்பை வலுப்படுத்துவதில் இந்தியா உறுதி பூண்டுள்ளது. இன்றைக்கும், புதிய, நவீன, இந்தியாவில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட அதி வேக ரோந்து படகை செஷல்ஸ் கடலோர காவல் படைக்கு நாம் வழங்குகிறோம். தனது கடல்சார் வளங்களை பாதுகாக்க செஷல்சுக்கு இது உதவும்.

தீவு நாடுகளுக்கு பருவநிலை மாற்றம் பெரிய அச்சுறுத்தலாக விளங்குகிறது. எனவே, இந்தியாவின் உதவியுடன் கட்டமைக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு மெகாவாட்டுக்கும் அதிக திறனுள்ள சூரிய சக்தி மின்சார உற்பத்தி நிலையத்தை இன்றைக்கு வழங்குவதில் நான் மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறேன்.

இயற்கை மீதான அக்கறையுடன் கூடிய செஷல்சின் வளர்ச்சி முன்னுரிமைகளை இந்த அனைத்து திட்டங்களும் பிரதிபலிக்கின்றன.

நண்பர்களே,

கொவிட் பெருந்தொற்றுக்கு எதிரான போரில் செஷல்சின் வலிமைமிக்க பங்குதாரராக விளங்குவதில் இந்தியா மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறது. மிகவும் தேவையான சமயத்தில், இந்தியாவில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட 50,000 டோஸ்கள் தடுப்பு மருந்து மற்றும் அத்தியாவசிய மருந்துகளை செஷல்சுக்கு நாம் வழங்கினோம். 

இந்தியாவில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட தடுப்பு மருந்தை பெற்ற முதல் ஆப்பிரிக்க நாடு செஷல்ஸ் ஆகும். கொவிட்டுக்கு பிந்தைய பொருளாதார மீட்டெடுப்பில் செஷல்சுக்கு இந்தியா தொடர்ந்து பக்கபலமாக விளங்கும் என்று அதிபர் ராம்கல்வான் அவர்களுக்கு நான் உறுதி அளிக்கிறேன்.

நண்பர்களே,

இந்திய-செஷல்ஸ் நட்பு உண்மையிலேயே சிறப்பு வாய்ந்தது. இந்த உறவில் இந்தியா மிகவும் பெருமை கொள்கிறது. அதிபர் ராம்கல்வான் அவர்களுக்கும் செஷல்ஸ் மக்களுக்கும் எனது மனமார்ந்த வாழ்த்துகளை மீண்டும் ஒரு முறை தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்.

PM Modi addressed a large and enthusiastic gathering in Sitamarhi, Bihar, seeking blessings at the sacred land of Mata Sita and underlining the deep connection between faith and nation building. Recalling the events of November 8 2019, when he had prayed for a favourable Ayodhya judgment before inauguration duties the next day, he said today he had come to Sitamarhi to seek the people’s blessings for a Viksit Bihar. He reminded voters that this election will decide the future of Bihar’s youth and urged them to vote for progress.

The PM celebrated Bihar’s skill and craft and said he carries Bihar’s art to the world. He recalled gifting Madhubani paintings during visits abroad and at the G20. He said he is proud of Bihar’s artisans and wants Bihar’s products to reach new markets. He highlighted how policies of the NDA have turned Bihar from a state that once imported fish into a state that now supplies fish to other states. He said the aim is to take makhana to global markets so small farmers benefit.

PM Modi warned voters about the politics of appeasement practiced by some opposition leaders. He criticised those who have belittled Chhath and shown disrespect to major faith traditions. He noted that Ayodhya is not only the home of Ram but also of Valmiki Maharshi, Nishadraj and Mata Shabari, and said the politics that insults our faith cannot serve Bihar’s interests. He accused Congress-RJD of protecting infiltrators for vote bank politics and warned that such policies threaten job security and women’s safety. He asked the people whether it is not necessary to remove infiltrators and assured them that every vote for the NDA will strengthen action against infiltration.

PM’s concluding remarks combined faith pride, cultural pride and a clear call for votes that guarantee security, development and dignity for Bihar. The rally echoed with support and confidence for a future of growth and stability.
