பிரதமர் திரு.நரேந்திர மோடி இன்று நாடாளுமன்ற மைய மண்டபத்தில் தேசிய சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் மாநாட்டில் உரையாற்றினார். “ஒவ்வொரு மாநிலத்திலும், வலுவான வளர்ச்சிக்கான அளவீடுகளை கொண்ட சில மாவட்டங்கள் உள்ளன. அவற்றிலிருந்து நாம் கற்றுக் கொண்டு நலிவுற்ற மாவட்டங்களில் பணியாற்ற வேண்டும்.
போட்டி மனப்பான்மை உணர்வு மற்றும் கூட்டாண்மை கூட்டாட்சி ஆகியவை நாட்டிற்கு உகந்ததாகும்.
மக்களுடன் இணைந்து செயல்படுவதுடன் வளர்ச்சிக்கான பணிகளில் அவர்களது பங்களிப்பை பெற்று கடமையாற்றும் போது முடிவுகள் மாற்றத்திற்குரியதாகிறது.
எந்தத் துறைகளில் மாவட்டங்களுக்கு முன்னேற்றம் தேவைப்படுகிறது என்பதை கண்டறிவது மிக முக்கியமானதாகும். அதன் பிறகு அதற்கு தீர்வு காண வேண்டும்.
மாவட்டங்களில் ஒரு அம்சத்தை மாற்றிட நாம் முடிவு செய்துவிட்டால், பிற குறைகளுக்கு தீர்வு காணும் பணிகளுக்கான உத்வேகம் கிடைக்கும்.
நம்மிடையே மனிதவளம் உள்ளது, நம்மிடம் திறன்கள் மற்றும் வளங்கள் உள்ளன. நாம் இயக்கமாக செயல்பட்டு, நேர்மறையான மாற்றத்தை கொண்டு வரவேண்டும். சமூகநீதியே நமது இலக்காகும்.
உத்வேகமுள்ள மாவட்டங்களில் பணியாற்றுவது, மனிதவள குறியீட்டில் இந்தியாவின் நிலையை உயர்த்தும்.
சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர்களுக்கான இம்மாநாடு மக்களவைத் தலைவர் சுமித்ரா மகாஜனின் பாராட்டத்தக்க முன் முயற்சியாகும். பல்வேறு மாநிலங்களைச் சேர்ந்த சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் கூட்டாக முக்கிய பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்து விவாதிப்பது மிகவும் நன்மையானது ”, என பிரதமர் கூறினார்.
