ସଂସଦର କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ କକ୍ଷରେ ଆଜି ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଜାତୀୟ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାପକ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀକୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ସମ୍ବୋଧନ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, “ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ କେତେକ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ରହିଛି ଯେଉଁଠାରେ କି ଉନ୍ନୟନର ପରିମାପକ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ । ଆମେ ଏମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଲାଭ କରିପାରିବା ଏବଂ ଦୁର୍ବଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲାମାନଙ୍କରେ ସେହି ଅନୁଯାୟୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିପାରିବା ।
ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତାମୂଳକ ଭାବନା ଏବଂ ସହଯୋଗୀ ସଂଘୀୟ ମନୋଭାବ ଦେଶ ପାଇଁ ବହୁତ ଭଲ ।
ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ସହଯୋଗ ସବୁବେଳେ ସହାୟକ ହୋଇଥାଏ । ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ବି ପଦାଧିକାରୀମାନେ ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ସହ ମିଶି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିକାଶ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ସହଭାଗି କରିଛନ୍ତି, ସେଠାରେ ଫଳାଫଳ ସକାରାତ୍ମକ ଏବଂ ରୂପାନ୍ତରଣକାରୀ ହୋଇଛି ।
ଅଭିଳାଷୀ ଜିଲ୍ଲାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଯେଉଁ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଉନ୍ନତି ଚାହୁଁଛନ୍ତି ସେହି ସବୁ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରାଯିବାର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ରହିଛି ଏବଂ ସେହି ସବୁ ତୃଟିକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସୁଧାରିବା ଜରୁରୀ ।
ଏହି ଜିଲ୍ଲାଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିଗକୁ ହେଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସୁଧାରିବାର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଯଦି ଆମେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା, ତେବେ ଅନ୍ୟ ତୃଟିଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ସୁଧାରିବା ନେଇ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ ଆମକୁ ଗତି ମିଳିବ । ଏହି ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଅନେକ ସଂସ୍କାର ଘଟିବ ।
ଆମ ପାଖରେ ଲୋକ ଶକ୍ତି ରହିଛି, ଆମ ପାଖରେ ଦକ୍ଷତା, ସାଧନ ଓ ସମ୍ବଳ ମଧ୍ୟ ରହିଛି । ଆମକୁ ଏକ ନିଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ ଏବଂ ଏକ ସକାରାତ୍ମକ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆଣିବାକୁ ପଡିବ । ଆମର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ହେଉଛି ସାମାଜିକ ନ୍ୟାୟ ।
ଅଭିଳାଷୀ ଜିଲ୍ଲାଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ଦ୍ୱାରା ମାନବ ବିକାଶ ସୂଚକାଙ୍କ (ଏଚଡିଆଇ)ରେ ଭାରତର ସ୍ଥିତି ଉନ୍ନତ ହେବ ।
ବାଚସ୍ପତି ସୁମିତ୍ରା ମହାଜନ ମହୋଦୟାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଏହି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାପକ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ଏକ ପ୍ରଶଂସନୀୟ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ । ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରାଜ୍ୟରୁ ଆଇନପ୍ରଣୟନକାରୀ/ବିଧାୟକମାନେ ଏକାଠି ହୋଇ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିଷୟ ଉପରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିବା ଏକ ଭଲ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମତ ରଖିଥିଲେ ।
