প্রধানমন্ত্রীশ্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী আজ সংসদের সেন্ট্রাল হল-এ আইন প্রণয়নকারীদেরজাতীয় সম্মেলনেভাষণ দেন। প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, “প্রত্যেক রাজ্যে এমন কিছু জেলা আছে যেগুলি উন্নয়নমাপকাঠিতে রীতিমতো বলিষ্ঠ। আমরা ওদের থেকে শিক্ষা নিতে পারি এবং অনুন্নতজেলাগুলিতে তা কাজে লাগাতে পারি।
প্রতিযোগিতামূলকএবং সমবায়-ভিত্তিক যুক্তরাষ্ট্রীয়তা দেশের পক্ষে অত্যন্ত মঙ্গল।
জনসাধারণেরঅংশগ্রহণ সব সময়ই সাহায্য করে থাকে। যেখানেই আধিকারিকরা মানুষকে সঙ্গে নিয়ে কাজকরেছেন এবং উন্নয়ন প্রক্রিয়ায় তাঁদের সামিল করেছেন, সেখানেই ফলাফল হয়েছেরূপান্তরমুখী।
যে সব জেলায়উন্নয়ন প্রয়োজন, সেখানে সেইসব অঞ্চলগুলিকে চিহ্নিত করা আবশ্যক এবং তারপর অভাবেরমোকাবিলা করা প্রয়োজন।
একবার আমরা জেলারঅন্তত একটি দিকেরও পরিবর্তন ঘটানোর সিদ্ধান্ত যদি নিতে পারি, তাহলে আমরা অন্যান্যঅভাবগুলি পূরণের জন্য কাজ করার বেগ সঞ্চার করতে পারব।
আমাদের জনবলরয়েছে, রয়েছে দক্ষতা এবং সম্পদ। আমাদের ব্রতের সঙ্কল্প নিয়ে কাজ করতে হবে আরইতিবাচক পরিবর্তন আনতে হবে। আমাদের লক্ষ্যই হল সামাজিক ন্যায় প্রতিষ্ঠা।
আকাঙ্ক্ষামূলকজেলাগুলিতে কাজ করলে মানবসম্পদ উন্নয়ন সূচকে ভারতের মান বাড়বে।
আইনপ্রণয়নকারীদের এই সম্মেলন লোকসভার অধ্যক্ষ শ্রীমতী সুমিত্রা মহাজনের এক প্রশংসনীয়প্রয়াস । বিভিন্ন রাজ্য থেকে আইন প্রণেতাদের এক জায়গায় নিয়ে এসে গুরুত্বপূর্ণবিষয়গুলি আলোচনা করা ভালো।”
