Bundelkhand Expressway will create jobs opportunities for the people of Uttar Pardesh and will also help locals to get connected with cities including Delhi. PM Modi laid the foundation stone for the 296-kilometres long Bundelkhand Expressway in UP’s Chitrakoot.

The expressway will link the Bundelkhand area to the national capital Delhi through Agra-Lucknow expressway and Yamuna expressway as well as play a vital role in the development of Bundelkhand region. The expressway together with the UP Defence Corridor in Bundelkhand would transform the socio-economic landscape of the region, facilitate defence hardware exports globally, help in boosting investment and become a major ‘Make in India’ hub in future.
