ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଗସ୍ତ କରିବା ସହ ଇଟାନଗରରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଏକ ସମାରୋହରେ ଦୋର୍ଜୀ ଖାଣ୍ଡୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସମ୍ମେଳନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ଉଦ୍ଘାଟନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହି ସମ୍ମେଳନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ଏକ ସଭାଗୃହ, ଏକ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ କକ୍ଷ ସହ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନୀ କକ୍ଷ ରହିଛି ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ସଚିବାଳୟ ଭବନକୁ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ସମର୍ପିତ କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ତୋମୋରୀବା ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନର ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ଏକାଡେମୀ ବ୍ଲକର ଶିଳାନ୍ୟାସ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହାପରେ ସେ ଉତ୍ସାହୀ ଜନତାଙ୍କ ଏକ ସାଧାରଣ ସଭାରେ ଉଦ୍ବୋଧନ ଦେଇ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସେ ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶକୁ ଆସି ଏବଂ ଏଠାକାର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ମିଶି ଅତି ଆନନ୍ଦ ଅନୁଭବ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ।
ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଅଧିକାଂଶ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ବିଭାଗ ନୂଆ ସଚିବାଳୟରେ ରହିଛି, ଯାହାଫଳରେ ଦୂରଦୂରାନ୍ତ ଗ୍ରାମରୁ ଏଠାକୁ ଆସୁଥିବା ଲେକାମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହାସଲ କରିବା ସହଜ ହେବ । ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ସମନ୍ୱୟ ଏବଂ ସୁବିଧା ଉଭୟରେ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଘଟିବ ।
ଇଟାନଗରରେ ସମ୍ମେଳନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଉଦ୍ଘାଟନ କରିବା ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରସନ୍ନତା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତ କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏହା କେବଳ ଏକ ଭବନ ନୁହେଁ ବରଂ ଏହା ଠାରୁ ଅନେକ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ଵରେ । ଏହା ଏପରି ଏକ ଜୀବନ୍ତ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଯାହା ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶର ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ଆଶା ଆକାଂକ୍ଷାକୁ ବଢ଼ାଇବାରେ ସହାୟକ ହେବ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସମ୍ମେଳନ ଏବଂ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ଗତିବିଧି ଜରିଆରେ ସରକାରୀ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଏବଂ ଘରୋଇ କମ୍ପାନୀଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଏଥିରେ ଭାଗିଦାର କରାଯାଇପାରିବ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଯାଇ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବୈଠକ ଆୟୋଜନ କରିବା ଲାଗି ନୂଆ ସମ୍ମେଳନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ଉପଯୋଗ କରିବା ଲାଗି ସେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଭାବେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଉତ୍ତର-ପୂର୍ବ ପରିଷଦର ବୈଠକରେ ଭାଗ ନେବା ଲାଗି ଶିଲଂକୁ ତାଙ୍କର ପୂର୍ବ ଗସ୍ତ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରି ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏହି ସମୟରେ ସିକ୍କିମରେ କୃଷି ସହ ଜଡ଼ିତ ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବୈଠକ ମଧ୍ୟ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏବଂ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ଉତ୍ତର-ପୂର୍ବାଂଚଳକୁ ନିୟମିତ ଭାବେ ଗସ୍ତ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏହି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ମାନବ ସମ୍ବଳ ବିକାଶ, ମୌଳିକ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ଏବଂ ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିର ବ୍ୟବହାର ଉପରେ ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦିଆଯିବାର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ରହିଛି । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଦେଶର ସବୁ ଭାଗରେ ମେଡ଼ିକାଲ କଲେଜ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆହୁରି କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଯେତେବେଳେ କୌଣସି ଏକ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଜଣେ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ କରିଥାଏ, ସେ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଆହ୍ୱାନ ବିଷୟରେ ଅଧିକ ଭଲ ଭାବେ ପରିଚିତ ହୋଇଥାଏ । ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଏପରି କରାଯାଉଥିବା ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସେବା ସୁଲଭ ଏବଂ ଉନ୍ନତମାନର ହେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଷ୍ଟେଣ୍ଟର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ହ୍ରାସ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଯାହାଦ୍ୱାରା ଗରିବ ଏବଂ ମଧ୍ୟବିତ୍ତ ପରିବାରଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଏହାର ଲାଭ ମିଳିପାରିବ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଆୟୁଷ୍ମାନ ଭାରତ ଯୋଜନା ସୁଲଭ ଏବଂ ଗୁଣବତ୍ତାଯୁକ୍ତ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସେବା ଉପଲବ୍ଧ କରାଇବା ଲାଗି ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭୂମିକା ତୁଲାଇବ ।
ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଭଲ କାମ କରୁଥିବା କାରଣରୁ ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ପେମା ଖାଣ୍ଡୁଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇଥିଲେ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ 2027ରେ ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶର ସ୍ୱରୂପ କିଭଳି ହେବ ସେଥିପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏକ ରୋଡମେପ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏହାକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବା ଲାଗି କେବଳ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ନୁହନ୍ତି ବରଂ ଜୀବନର ସମସ୍ତ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ସହ ଜଡ଼ିତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ନିଆଯାଉଛି ।
