രാജ്യത്തെമ്പാടുമുള്ള പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ഭവന നിര്മ്മാണ പദ്ധതിയുടെ (പി.എം.എ.വൈ.) ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളുമായി പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ. നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി ഇന്ന് വീഡിയോ ബ്രിഡ്ജ് വഴി സംവദിച്ചു. ഗവണ്മെന്റിന്റെ വിവിധ പദ്ധതികളുടെ ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളുമായുള്ള വീഡിയോ ബ്രിഡ്ജ് ആശയ വിനിമയ പരമ്പരയില് മൂന്നാമത്തേതാണിത്.
പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ആവാസ് യോജനയുടെ ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളുമായി ആശയവിനിമയം നടത്തുന്നതില് ആഹ്ലാദം പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ച പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പദ്ധതിയുടെ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ട മേഖലകള് ഉള്പ്പെടെ വിവിധ വശങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ച് ധാരണയുണ്ടാക്കാന് ഇത്തരം സംവാദങ്ങള് സഹായിക്കുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ആവാസ് യോജന എന്നത് കേവലം ഇഷ്ടികയും, കുമ്മായക്കൂട്ടും മാത്രമല്ലെന്നും മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട ജീവിത ഗുണനിലവാരം ലഭ്യമാക്കാനും സ്വപ്നങ്ങള് സാക്ഷാത്കരിക്കാനും കൂടിയുള്ളതാണെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
എല്ലാവര്ക്കും വീട് ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിന് കഴിഞ്ഞ നാല് വര്ഷത്തില് ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ഒരു ദൗത്യ രൂപത്തിലുള്ള സമീപനമാണ് കൈക്കൊണ്ടിട്ടുള്ളതെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. ഇന്ത്യ അതിന്റെ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിന്റെ 75-ാം വര്ഷം ആഘോഷിക്കുന്ന 2022 ഓടെ ഓരോ ഇന്ത്യാക്കാരനും വീട് ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുക എന്നതിനാണ് ഗവണ്മെന്റ് യത്നിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്ത്തു.
പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ആവാസ് യോജനയ്ക്ക് കീഴില് ഗ്രാമ പ്രദേശങ്ങളില് മൂന്ന് കോടി വീടുകളും, നഗര പ്രദേശങ്ങളില് ഒരു കോടി വീടുകളുമാണ് നിര്മ്മിക്കാന് ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത്. നഗര പ്രദേശങ്ങളില് ഇതുവരെ 47 ലക്ഷത്തിലധികം വീടുകള് നിര്മ്മിക്കാനുള്ള അനുമതി നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. മുന് ഗവണ്മെന്റ് 10 വര്ഷം കൊണ്ട് നല്കിയ അനുമതികളുടെ നാല് മടങ്ങിലും അധികമാണിത്. അതുപോലെ ഗ്രാമീണ മേഖലയില് ഒരു കോടിയിലധികം വീടുകള് നിര്മ്മിക്കാന് അനുമതി നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. മുന് ഗവണ്മെന്റിന്റെ കാലത്ത് അതിന്റെ നാല് വര്ഷത്തിനിടെ അനുമതി നല്കിയ 25 ലക്ഷത്തിന്റെ സ്ഥാനത്താണിത്. ഒരു വീട് നിര്മ്മിക്കാന് വേണ്ടി വരുന്ന സമയം 18 മാസത്തില് നിന്ന് 12 മാസമായി കുറയ്ക്കാന് ഗവണ്മെന്റിന് കഴിഞ്ഞതുവഴി ഏകദേശം 6 മാസം ലാഭിക്കാനായി.
പി.എം.എ.വൈ. യില് ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ഗവണ്മെന്റ് കൊണ്ട് വന്ന മാറ്റങ്ങള് ഊന്നിപ്പറഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ട് വീടുകളുടെ വലിപ്പം 20 ചതുരശ്ര മീറ്ററില് നീന്ന് 25 ചതുരശ്ര മീറ്ററാക്കി വര്ദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. ഒപ്പം പദ്ധതിക്കുള്ള ധനസഹായം നേരത്തെയുള്ള 70,000 മുതല് 75,000 രൂപ വരെയെന്നതിന് പകരം 1,25,000 രൂപയാക്കി വര്ദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ജനങ്ങളുടെ അന്തസ്സുമായിട്ടാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ആവാസ് യോജനയെ ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി സ്ത്രീകള്, ദിവ്യാംഗരായ സഹോദരീ സഹോദരന്മാര്, പട്ടിക ജാതി, പട്ടിക വര്ഗ്ഗ, മറ്റ് പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗക്കാര്, ന്യൂനപക്ഷ വിഭാഗങ്ങള് മുതലായവര്ക്ക് വീട് ഉറപ്പാക്കുകയാണ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യമെന്ന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
പി.എം.എ.വൈ. എല്ലാവര്ക്കും തൊഴിലവസരങ്ങള് സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പദ്ധതിയെ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി വീടുകളുടെ നിര്മ്മാണം കൂടുതല് വേഗത്തിലാക്കാനും, നിര്മ്മാണത്തിന്റെ ഗുണനിലവാരം ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്താനും ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ശ്രമിച്ച് വരികയാണ്. ഇതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ഏകദേശം ഒരു ലക്ഷം കല്പ്പണിക്കാര്ക്കുള്ള പരിശീലനം ആരംഭിച്ച് കഴഞ്ഞു. ഇതിന് പുറമെ പല സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും കല്പ്പണിക്കായി വനിതകള്ക്കള്ക്കും നല്കി വരുന്ന പരിശീലനം വനിതാശാക്തീകരണത്തിലേയ്ക്ക് നയിക്കും.
