ഇന്ത്യൻ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് റ്റെക്നോളജികൾ (ഐഐറ്റികൾ) പരിവർത്തനത്തിൻ്റെ കരുക്കളാണ് എന്ന് ശനിയാഴ്ച അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ട പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മോദി, രാജ്യത്തിനായി അതൊരു ആഗോള ബ്രാൻഡ് സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു എന്നും, ആവിഷ്കാരങ്ങളെ സഹായിച്ചു എന്നും ഇതെല്ലാം സമൂഹം മുരടിക്കപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാൻ അത്യാവശ്യമാണെന്നും പറഞ്ഞു. രാജ്യത്തെ ഉന്നതവിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിൻ്റെ നിലവാരം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്താൻ കൂട്ടായ പ്രവർത്തനം വേണമെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
