On the evening of 24th April, Shri Narendra Modi addressed a massive rally at Vadodara in Gujarat, and made a strong pitch to the people to support the BJP’s focus on good governance and development. Exposing the Congress’ propaganda in maligning the BJP’s image and good work done in Gujarat, in the past decade, Shri Modi appealed to the people to end their falsity by voting them out and finish their misrule.

Bringing forth the Congress’ refusal to be accountable for their work, Shri Modi spoke of how the UPA had never responded to the allegations of rampant corruption and misgovernance under their government. He stated how the BJP had given an account of their work in Gujarat, in past Elections, and this, Shri Modi said, was a key factor in enabling the BJP’s victory.

The Congress’ blatant lies and propaganda in defaming the BJP government’s development work in Gujarat was exposed by Shri Modi, when he highlighted the State’s inspiring improvement on various indexes for human development. Shri Modi cited reports and figures from reputed organizations and retaliated to the Congress’ allegations of rampant malnutrition in the State and their bogus portrayal of the State’s debt scenario. “You are spreading lies about malnutrition in Gujarat.CAG report has praised Guj's efforts to tackle malnutrition. If there is a state that has taken many initiatives to tackle malnutrition it is Gujarat. Madam please stop seeking votes from hungry children,” said Shri Modi. Gujarat’s radical success story was further highlighted by Shri Modi when he quoted figures of how the State had reduced the drop-out ratio drastically in a span of 10 years.

Criticizing the Congress for framing baseless indexes for poverty, Shri Modi spoke of how the Central government’s unfounded figures had put many people in the country under the BPL category, and stated how the Gujarat government had allotted funds towards poverty alleviation and enabled many families to come out of the BPL category.

Shri Modi drew the crowd’s attention to the misleading claims and false promises of the Congress by citing how most of the promises in their recent Manifesto were merely repeats from past Manifestos. Be it in providing employment to the youth or removing poverty, the Congress had failed miserably in tackling the issues of national concern, said Shri Modi. He also condemned the Congress’ approach of looking down upon the poor, and stated how his childhood days led in poverty had reinforced his commitment to serve the poor.

Shri Modi affirmed that the voter turnout till now has not only ensured the rejection of the Congress but has also taken a proactive step in forming a strong and stable government at the Centre. He acknowledged the support shown by the people of Vadodara and affirmed that this tsunami of support for the BJP, will wash away the Congress/UPA and its allies.

He urged karyakartas to strengthen booth-level organisation through regular outreach and small group meetings, actively connect with women, youth, farmers and first-time voters , clearly communicate the benefits and vision outlined by the BJP, ensure transparency, development and safety, use social media and digital tools effectively to amplify facts and counter misinformation.
He also stressed the importance of documenting and communicating local issues, ensuring that the voices of the people are consistently heard and represented.

The PM constantly reiterated that booth-level strength is the foundation of electoral success, stating that “Booth jeeta, toh chunav jeeta.” He expressed confidence that the growing trust of the people in BJP presents a significant opportunity to bring transformation in West Bengal.

Concluding the interaction, PM Modi said that the scale of victory in West Bengal will directly translate into relief and better governance for its people. He encouraged all karyakartas to work with renewed energy, expand outreach, and ensure that every household becomes a partner in this journey of development.
