મહામહિમ પ્રધાનમંત્રી નેતાન્યાહુ
દેવીઓ અને સજ્જનો,

શાલોમ લે કુલમ એનિ સેમયા મયોધ લેહિયોત પો (મને ઈઝરાયલમાં આવવાની ખુશી છે). હું ઈઝરાયલની મુલાકાત લેનાર ભારતનો સૌપ્રથમ પ્રધાનમંત્રી છું અને એ અર્થમાં આ મુલાકાત ઐતિહાસિક બની રહેશે. હું મને આમંત્રણ આપવા બદલ અને આટલું ઉષ્માભર્યું સ્વાગત કરવા બદલ મારા મિત્ર પ્રધાનમંત્રી નેતાન્યાહુનો આભાર માનવા ઇચ્છું છું. મારી મુલાકાત આપણા બંને દેશોના સમાજો વચ્ચે સદીઓ જૂના સંબંધોને મજબૂત કરશે. આ સંબંધોને આધારે આપણી ભાગીદારી મજબૂત જળવાઈ રહી છે અને 25 વર્ષ અગાઉ રાજદ્વારી સંબંધોની સ્થાપના થઈ ત્યારથી સંબંધો ઉત્તરોત્તર મજબૂત થયા છે.

મિત્રો,


ઈઝરાયલની જનતાએ લોકશાહી મૂલ્યો અને સિદ્ધાંતોને આધારે રાષ્ટ્રનું નિર્માણ કર્યું છે. તેમણે સખત મહેનત, ખંત તથા સતત નવીનતા અને સંશોધનના જુસ્સા સાથે દેશને પ્રગતિના પંથે અગ્રેસર કર્યો છે. તમે તમામ પ્રકારના વિપરીત સંજોગો પર વિજય મેળવ્યો છે અને પડકારોને તકમાં ફેરવી નાંખ્યા છે. ભારત તમારી સિદ્ધિની પ્રશંસા કરે છે, તેને બિરદાવે છે.
આજે 4 જુલાઈ છે. બરોબર 41 વર્ષ અગાઉ તમે ઓપરેશન એન્ટેબી હાથ ધર્યું હતું. એ દિવસે પ્રધાનમંત્રી અને મારા મિત્ર બીબીએ તેમના મોટા ભાઈ યોનીને ગુમાવ્યા હતા. તેમના મોટા ભાઈએ ઈઝરાયલના બંધકોનું જીવન બચાવવા શહીદી વહોરી હતી. તમારા નાયકો યુવા પેઢી માટે પ્રેરણાનો સ્ત્રોત છે, પ્રેરણાદીપ છે.


મિત્રો,


ભારત અતિ પ્રાચીન સંસ્કૃતિ છે, પણ સાથે સાથે યુવા રાષ્ટ્ર છે. અત્યારે ભારતમાં 800 મિલિયન લોકોની ઉંમર 35 વર્ષથી ઓછી છે. ભારતના પ્રતિભાશાળી અને કુશળ યુવાનો તેની પ્રગતિ માટે, તેના વિકાસ માટે મહેનત કરવા તલપાપડ છે. તેઓ ભારતની, તેના ઉદ્યોગોની, તેના અર્થતંત્રની, વેપારવાણિજ્યની પદ્ધતિની અને દુનિયા સાથે જોડાણની કાયાપલટ કરવાના મારા વિઝનને આગળ વધારવા આતુર છે

આપણા સ્થાયી ઊંચી વૃદ્ધિ અને સંપૂર્ણ, સર્વાંગી વિકાસના માર્ગે ભારત પોતાના મહત્વપૂર્ણ ભાગીદાર રાષ્ટ્રોમાં ઈઝરાયલને સ્થાન આપે છે. આપણા વિકાસલક્ષી પડકારોનો સામનો કરવા વિજ્ઞાન, ટેકનોલોજી, નવીનતા અને ઉચ્ચ ટેકનિકલ શિક્ષણ પર નિર્ભર થવાની જરૂર છે, જે આપણા બંનેની સામાન્ય જરૂરિયાતો છે. આ ક્ષેત્રોમાં આપણે સંયુક્તપણે રચનાત્મક ઊર્જા પણ લાવી શકીશું તથા બંને દેશોના અતિ કુશળ યુવાનો અને ઉદ્યોગસાહસિકોના વિચારોને ખીલવવામાં સહાયભૂત થઇશું. સહિયારી આર્થિક સમૃદ્ધિ માટે ભાગીદારી ઊભી કરવાની સાથે આપણે આતંકવાદ જેવા સામાન્ય જોખમો સામે આપણા સમાજોને સુરક્ષિત કરવા પણ સાથસહકાર સ્થાપિત કરીશું.

 

 

 

આ તમામ ક્ષેત્રોમાં પ્રગતિશીલ ભાગીદારી પ્રધાનમંત્રી નેતાન્યાહુ સાથે મારી વાતચીતને દિશા આપશે. હું ઈઝરાયલમાં ભારતીય સમુદાય સાથે આદાનપ્રદાન કરવા પણ આતુર છું, જેમાં મોટી સંખ્યામાં ભારતીય મૂળના યહુદીઓ સામેલ છે, જેમણે આપણા બંને સમાજોને સમૃદ્ધ કર્યા છે.


મહામહિમ અને મિત્રો,


મારી મુલાકાત બંને દેશોના સંબંધોની સફરમાં અભૂતપૂર્વ કે ઐતિહાસિક છે. આ સફરને લઈને આપણે આતુર છીએ, જેનો ઉદ્દેશ આપણા લોકો અને સમાજો માટે સંયુક્તપણે વિકાસ કામગીરી કરવાનો છે. આપણે ખભેખભો મિલાવીને આગળ વધી રહ્યા છીએ, ત્યારે ઈઝરાયલ સાથે મજબૂત અને આધારભૂત ભાગીદારીનું નિર્માણ મારો આશય છે. તમે મારું ઉષ્માસભર સ્વાગત કર્યું એ બદલ એક વખત ફરી તમારો આભાર.

Prime Minister shares address by Shri Amit Shah in Lok Sabha on India’s decisive fight against Naxalism

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi shared the outstanding speech delivered by Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah ji, noting that it was filled with important facts, historical context, and a detailed account of the Government’s efforts over the past decade. Shri Modi highlighted that for decades, the retrograde Maoist ideology had an adverse impact on the development of several regions, with Left Wing Extremism severely affecting the future of countless youngsters.

He further underlined that over the last ten years, the Government has worked towards uprooting this menace, while simultaneously ensuring that the benefits of development reach areas affected by Naxalism. The Prime Minister reaffirmed that the Government will continue to focus on strengthening good governance and ensuring peace and prosperity for all.

The Prime Minister posted on X:
