এক বছরে, আমরা মোট ১২টি যৌথ প্রকল্পের উদ্বোধন করেছি (ভারত ও বাংলাদেশের মধ্যে): প্রধানমন্ত্রী মোদী

Your excellency, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina,
Excellencies,

Friends,
Namaskar!!
Sabaaike Sharodeeyo Shubhechha!

I am happy that for the opportunity to inaugurate three more bilateral projects with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Ji. In the past one year, we have launched 9 projects through video links. Adding the three projects of today, we have launched a dozen joint projects in a year. I congratulate the officials and citizens of both countries on this achievement.

Today's three projects are in three different areas: - LPG import, vocational training and social facility. But the purpose of all three is the same. And that is - to improve the lives of our citizens. This is also the main principle of India-Bangladesh relations. The basis of the India-Bangladesh partnership is that our friendship ensures the development of every citizen of ours.

The supply of bulk LPG from Bangladesh will benefit both countries. This will also increase exports, income and employment in Bangladesh. Reduction of 1500 km transportation distance will also result in economic benefits and reduced damage to the environment. The second project- Bangladesh-India Professional Skill Development Institute will prepare skilled manpower and technicians for the industrial development of Bangladesh.

Excellencies,

Last but not the least, the project of Vivekananda Bhavan at the Ramakrishna Mission in Dhaka, which takes inspiration from the lives of two great human beings, Swami Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and Swami Vivekananda who have indelible influence on our societies and values.

Like the generosity and open spirit of Bangla culture, this mission also has a place for followers of all sects. And this mission celebrates the festival of every sect with equal fervor and vigor. The building has arrangements for accommodation of more than 100 university students and research scholars.

Excellency,

India prioritizes its partnership with Bangladesh. We are proud that India-Bangladesh relationship is a great example of cooperation between two friendly neighbors. I am glad that our interaction today will give more energy to our relationship.

Jai Hind! Jai Bangla! Jai Bharat-Bangla Bandhutva!

Thank you.

Karnataka bypoll results show how much country trusts BJP: PM Modi in Jharkhand
BJP govt has made efforts for Naxal-free state, says PM Modi in Bokaro

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed two mega political rallies in Barhi and Bokaro, Jharkhand today. Seeing the BJP swept Karnataka’s bypolls, PM Modi thanked the people of Karnataka for reposing faith in the BJP for stability and development. He remarked, “What happened in Karnataka is a win of public opinion, also a victory of democracy.”

Expressing his gratitude towards people of Karnataka, PM Modi said, “What the country thinks about political stability and for political stability how much the country trusts BJP, an example of that is in front of us today. BJP has won on most seats in Karnataka bypolls.”

Addressing the poll meeting, he highlighted, “The truth of the Congress also has to be remembered by the people of Jharkhand. The Congress has never stood the confidence of the coalition. It uses alliances and mandates for its own sake. Then uses its colleagues as puppets for their own benefit.” He asserted those that said the BJP has limited influence in southern part of the country were punished by the people in a democratic way.

Urging people to vote the BJP to power for a second successive term, the prime minister said the double-engine growth of Jharkhand became possible because the party was in power both at the Centre and in the state.

Elaborating on the benefits of double-engine growth, PM Modi said apart of the gas connection given to poor families under the Ujjwala Yojana by the Centre, the BJP government has resolved that every poor's house should made food on the LPG in Jharkhand, and two free cylinders were given to them.

“On one hand, the poorest of the poor families are getting free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh through Ayushman Bharat, on the other hand, the campaign for free immunization of more than 50 crore animals across the country has also started,” the Prime Minister said.

“The BJP government formed the District Mineral Fund for the first time. Today, Jharkhand has got about 5000 crore rupees under it. With this amount, the BJP government is laying water pipelines here, building schools and hospitals and providing other facilities,” PM Modi said.

PM Modi, who was in Bokaro, also said “Jharkhand is like a growing child and Jharkhand is now 19 years old. It will soon stop being a teenager. I want you to stand with me and I promise you that when Jharkhand turns 25 you will witness a great transformation.”

PM Modi said, “The BJP works for the development of everyone and does not differentiate on the basis of caste, religion or community.” He also hailed the BJP government for breaking the backbone of naxalism and cleared the path of development.
