প্রধানমন্ত্রী শ্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী পিএসএলভি-র সফল উৎক্ষেপণের জন্য ভারতীয় মহাকাশ গবেষণা সংস্থা বা ইসরোকে অভিনন্দন জানিয়েছেন। এক বার্তায় প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেছেন :
“পিএসএলভি-র আরও একটি সফল উৎক্ষেপণের জন্য আমাদের মহাকাশ বিজ্ঞানীদের আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন।
এই উৎক্ষেপণ ভারতের মেধাবী ছাত্রছাত্রীদের তৈরি করা কালামস্যাট উপগ্রহটিকে নির্দিষ্ট কক্ষপথে স্থাপিত করেছে।
এই উৎক্ষেপণের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ভারত অতিসূক্ষ্ম মাধ্যাকর্ষণ সম্পর্কিত প্রযুক্তির প্রয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে এক কাক্ষিক প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসেবে মহাকাশে রকেটের চতুর্থ পর্যায়ের ব্যবহারকারী প্রথম দেশ হয়ে উঠল।”
