Highlights of PM’s address in Sarsawa, Uttar Pradesh:

Beginning his address, the Prime Minister said that Uttar Pradesh, in times to come, will change the fortune of India. He said that the state had immense potential to prosper and contribute to the nation.

PM Narendra Modi targeted Congress, saying that they have let down the spirit of democracy. PM said that Congress did not let the Parliament function properly even when all other parties wanted the House to function. “Congress is doing negative politics and that is why they are seeing these days”, he added.
