"Shri Modi greets Kutchi community on Kutch New Year"
On the evening of Tuesday 9th July 2013 Shri Narendra Modi offered prayers at the Jagannath Temple in Ahmedabad. He did so on the eve of the annual Rath Yatra that commences on the morning of 10th July 2013.Speaking to the media after the prayers, Shri Modi said that he sought the blessings of Lord Jagannath and said, “May he shower his blessings on the poor, the farmers, the youth and may he give his blessings for a good rainfall.”
The Chief Minister extended his greetings to the Kutchi community across the world on the occasion of Ashadhi Bij, the Kutch New Year.
