وزیراعظم کی ملائیشیا کے وزیراعظم سے رسمی گفتگو

وزیر اعظم جناب نریندر مودی کا آج ملائیشیا کے وزیر اعظم عزت مآب داتو سری انور ابراہیم نے  پردانہ پترا کمپلیکس میں رسمی استقبال کیا۔ اس کے بعد، قائدین نے محدود اور وفود کی سطح پر وزیراعظم انور ابراہیم کی سرکاری رہائش گاہ سیری پردانا میں ملاقات کی۔

رہنماؤں نے وسیع پیمانے پر بات چیت کی اور 2024 میں دونوں ممالک کے درمیان قائم ہونے والی جامع اسٹریٹجک شراکت داری کو مزید مضبوط کرنے پر اتفاق کیا۔ انہوں نےبھارت اور ملائیشیا کے پرانے تعلقات کو یاد کیا جو شراکت داری اور عوام سے عوام کے قریبی رشتوں کی بنیاد رکھتے ہیں۔ رہنماؤں نے دوطرفہ تعلقات کے تمام پہلوؤں کا جائزہ لیا جس میں ترجیحی شعبوں جیسے تجارت، سرمایہ کاری، دفاع، سیکورٹی، میری ٹائم، صاف توانائی، بنیادی ڈھانچہ، اسٹارٹ اپس، زراعت، تعلیم، صحت، آیوروید، سیاحت اور ثقافتی روابط شامل ہیں۔ انہوں نے سیمی کنڈکٹرز اور مصنوعی ذہانت جیسے ابھرتے ہوئے شعبوں میں تعاون بڑھانے پر بھی تبادلہ خیال کیا۔ رہنماؤں نے دو طرفہ ڈیجیٹل کونسل کے ذریعے دونوں ممالک کے درمیان ڈیجیٹل تعاون میں مسلسل پیش رفت کی تعریف کی اور فنٹیک تعاون کو بڑھانے کے لیےیوپی آئی اور پے نیٹ کے درمیان معاہدے کا خیرمقدم کیا۔

 

وزیر اعظم مودی نے پارلیمانی اور یونیورسٹی کے تبادلوں کے ذریعے نوجوانوں کے روابط کو مضبوط بنانے پر زور دیا۔ اس تناظر میں، انہوں نےبھارت کی نالندہ یونیورسٹی اور یونیورسٹی ملایا، اور آئی آئی ٹی مدراس اور ملائیشیا کی ایڈوانسڈ سیمی کنڈکٹر اکیڈمی کے درمیان جاری تعاون کا خیرمقدم کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ملائیشیا میں بھارت کا پہلا قونصل خانہ کھلنے سے تجارتی اور عوام کے درمیان تعلقات مضبوط ہوں گے۔

وزیر اعظم نے وزیر اعظم انور ابراہیم کو 2025 میں ملائیشیا کی آسیان کی کامیاب صدارت کے لیے مبارکباد پیش کی۔ وزیر اعظم انور ابراہیم نے 2026 میں برکس کیبھارت کی صدارت کے لیے اپنی نیک خواہشات اور حمایت کا اظہار کیا۔وزیر اعظم نے پہلگام دہشت گردانہ حملے اور لال قلعہ دھماکے کی شدید مذمت پر وزیر اعظم انور ابراہیم کا شکریہ ادا کیا اور انسداد دہشت گردی میں قریبی تعاون جاری رکھنے پر زور دیا۔

بات چیت کے بعد، ڈیجیٹل ادائیگیوں، سیکورٹی تعاون، سیمی کنڈکٹرز، صحت اور ادویات، ڈیزاسٹر مینجمنٹ، بدعنوانی سے نمٹنے، آڈیو ویژول کو پروڈکشن، تکنیکی اور پیشہ ورانہ تعلیم، اقوام متحدہ کے امن قائم کرنے میں تعاون اور بھارتیہ کارکنوں کے لئے سماجی تحفظ سمیت کئی اہم دو طرفہ معاہدوں کا تبادلہ ہوا۔ ملائیشیا نے بین الاقوامی بگ کیٹ الائنس سے الحاق کے لیے تمام طریقہ کار بھی مکمل کر لیے۔ ایم او یوز/ معاہدوں کی مکمل فہرست یہاں دیکھی جا سکتی ہے۔(لنک)

مورخہ 07 فروری 2026 کو 10 واںبھارت-ملائیشیا سی ای او فورم وزیر اعظم کے دورہ کے حاشیے پر منعقد ہوا۔ فورم کے نتائج کی دستاویز دونوں فریقین کو موصول ہوئی ہیں۔

وزیر اعظم انور ابراہیم نے وزیر اعظم کے اعزاز میں ظہرانہ دیا۔ وزیر اعظم نے وزیر اعظم انور ابراہیم کی شاندار مہمان نوازی پر شکریہ ادا کیا اور انہیں بھارت کے دورے کی دعوت دی۔

State Visit of Prime Minister to Seychelles

As part of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s State Visit to Seychelles from 27-29 June 2026, Prime Minister and the President of Seychelles, H.E. Dr. Patrick Herminie today held official talks at the State House in Victoria, Mahe.

The talks covered the full spectrum of bilateral relations, with the leaders agreeing to further strengthen cooperation in health, education, capacity building, digital transformation, sustainable development, social infrastructure, renewable energy, maritime security and defence. They also exchanged views on regional and global developments, including challenges in the Indian Ocean region, such as illegal fishing, drug trafficking and piracy. Both leaders expressed satisfaction at the progress made in the implementation of projects and initiatives under the Special Economic Package announced by India. Prime Minister reaffirmed India’s commitment to supporting the development priorities of Seychelles and to further deepen the close and enduring partnership between the two countries.

Following the official talks, both leaders released a joint commemorative logo marking 50 years of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Several MoUs/agreements in the fields of Capacity Building, UPI, Health, Agriculture, Shipping, Space, Extradition and Line of Credit were exchanged thereafter. In addition, several announcements in the fields of food security, infrastructure, health, vocational training, maritime security and defence were made in support of the development needs of Seychelles. Later in the day, Prime Minister addressed an Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of Seychelles, becoming the first Indian Prime Minister to do so. In his address, he highlighted the historical bonds of friendship between India and Seychelles and underscored the shared values of democracy, rule of law and people-centric governance that guide the two countries. He noted that mutual trust and close cooperation have shaped a robust partnership spanning development cooperation, maritime security, technology, innovation, health and capacity building. The Leader of Opposition of Seychelles, H.E. Mr. Bernard Georges, also called on Prime Minister. The two leaders discussed India-Seychelles bilateral ties and conveyed their strong support to further build the special friendship between the two countries.
