جل شکتی ابھیان

وزیراعظم جناب نریندر مودی نے آج من کی بات میں کہا کہ  جل شکتی  مہم لوگوں کی شرکت کی مدد سے بہت تیز رفتاری کے ساتھ قدم آگے بڑھا رہی ہے۔ انہوں نے پانی کو محفوظ رکھنے کی ان چند جامع اور اختراعی نوعیت کی  کوششوں سے واقف کرایا جو اس وقت ملک کے ہرکونے میں جاری ہیں۔

راجستھان میں جالور ضلع کا ذکر کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا ’’وہاں دو پرانے تاریخی کنوئیں  کچرے اور گندے پانی  کا گودام بن گئے تھے لیکن ایک دن بھدرایون اور تھنوالا پنچایتوں کے سینکڑوں لوگ  جل شکتی مہم کے تحت  ان کنوؤں کے احیاء کاپختہ ارادہ کیا ، بارش ہونے سے کافی پہلے ان لوگوں نے کنوؤں سے جمع شدہ گندا پانی  ، کچرا اور دلدل صاف کرنے میں لگ گئے۔ اس مہم کے لئے  انہوں نے پیسہ خرچ کیا اور کچھ لوگوں نے اپنی محنت اور پسینہ لگایا۔ نتیجے کے طور پر یہ کنوئیں اب پانی کی فراہمی کا ذریعہ بن گئے ہیں‘‘۔

اس طرح اترپردیش کے شہر بارہ بنکی میں سراہی  جھیل گاؤں والوں کی  اجتماعی کوششوں سے دوبارہ قابل استعمال ہوگئی ہے۔ لوگوں کی  شرکت کی ایک اور مثال اتراکھنڈ میں الموڑہ – ہلدوانی  شاہراہ کے قریب گاؤں سنیا کوٹ کی ہے، لوگوں نے پیسہ اکٹھا کیا اور محنت کی ۔ گاؤں تک  ایک پائپ ڈالا گیا اور ایک پمپنگ اسٹیشن قائم کیا گیا۔ اس طرح دہائیوں پرانے پانی کے بحران کا مسئلہ حل کردیا گیا۔

وزیراعظم نے ہر ایک پر زور دیا  کہ وہ  #Jalshakti4Indiaکا استعمال کرتے ہوئےپانی کو محفوظ رکھنے اور پانی کو صاف کرنے کی اس طرح کی اپنی  کوششوں سے آگاہ کریں۔

جل شکتی ابھیان  جو کہ پانی کو محفوظ رکھنے اور پانی کی مسلسل فراہمی  کی ایک مہم ہے پچھلے  موسم برسات میں جولائی 2019 میں شروع کی گئی تھی، اس مہم کے دوران ایسے اضلاع اور بلاکوں پر توجہ دی گئی جہاں پانی کی قلت ہے۔
