At the 12th East Asia Summit, PM Narendra Modi took note that ASEAN began in times of a great global divide, but today as it celebrated its Golden Jubilee, it shone as a beacon of hope; a symbol of peace and prosperity.

 

He added further, “We look forward to the East Asia Summit attaining greater salience in years to come. I reiterate my commitment to work with you to address the political, security and economic issues of the region.”

Prime Minister greets people of Himachal Pradesh on Himachal Diwas

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has extended greetings to the people of Himachal Pradesh on the occasion of Himachal Diwas.

The Prime Minister said that this sacred Devbhoomi has a special identity due to its rich traditions, unique cultural heritage and the diligence, sense of duty and humility of its people.

On this auspicious occasion, the Prime Minister wished for a bright future for all families of the state.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“समस्त हिमाचलवासियों को हिमाचल दिवस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं। यह पावन देवभूमि अपनी समृद्ध परंपराओं, अनुपम सांस्कृतिक धरोहर और यहां के लोगों की कर्मठता, कर्तव्यनिष्ठा और विनम्रता के कारण विशेष पहचान रखती है। इस पुनीत अवसर पर मैं प्रदेश के सभी परिवारजनों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना करता हूं।”
