گھانا، ٹرینیڈاڈ اور ٹوباگو، ارجنٹینا، برازیل اور نمیبیا کے دورے پر روانگی کے موقع پر وزیر اعظم کا بیان

آج، میں 2 سے 9 جولائی 2025 تک گھانا، ٹرینیڈاڈ اور ٹوباگو، ارجنٹینا، برازیل اور نمیبیا کے پانچ ممالک کے دورے پر جا رہا ہوں۔

صدر عزت مآب جان ڈرامانی مہاما کی دعوت پر  میں 2-3 جولائی کو گھانا کا دورہ کروں گا۔ گھانا گلوبل ساؤتھ میں ایک قابل قدر شراکت دار ہے اور افریقی یونین اور مغربی افریقی ریاستوں کی اقتصادی برادری میں اہم کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔ میں ان سےاپنی ملاقاتوں کا منتظر ہوں جس کا مقصد ہمارے تاریخی تعلقات کو مزید گہرا کرنا اور تعاون کے نئے دروازے  کھولنا ہے، جس میں  سرمایہ کاری، توانائی، صحت، سلامتی، صلاحیت سازی اور ترقیاتی شراکت داری کے شعبے شامل ہیں۔ ساتھی جمہوریتوں کے طور پر، گھانا کی پارلیمنٹ میں خطاب کرنا اعزاز کی بات ہوگی۔

میں 3 -4 جولائی کو، ریپبلک آف ٹرینیڈاڈ اینڈ ٹوباگو میں قیام کروں گا، ایک ایسا ملک جس کے ساتھ ہمارے گہرے تاریخی، ثقافتی اور لوگوں کے درمیان تعلقات ہیں۔ میں صدرعزت مآب محترمہ کرسٹین کارلا کنگالو، جو اس سال کے پرواسی بھارتیہ دیوس میں مہمان خصوصی تھیں اور وزیر اعظم عزت مآب  محترمہ  کملا پرسادبیسسر، جنہوں نے حال ہی میں دوسری میعاد کے لیے عہدہ سنبھالا ہے، سے ملاقات کروں گا۔ ہندوستانی پہلی بار ٹرینیڈاڈ اور ٹوباگو میں 180 برس پہلے پہنچے تھے۔ یہ دورہ نسب اور رشتہ داری کے خصوصی بندھنوں کو پھر سے زندہ کرنے کا موقع فراہم کرے گا جو ہمیں متحد کرتے ہیں۔

پورٹ آف ا سپین سے، میں بیونس آئرس کا سفر کروں گا۔ 57 برسوں میں کسی بھارتی وزیر اعظم کا ارجنٹینا کا یہ پہلا دو طرفہ دورہ ہوگا۔ ارجنٹینا لاطینی امریکہ میں ایک اہم اقتصادی شراکت دار اور جی 20 کا قریبی معاون ہے۔ میں صدر  عزت مآب جیویر میلیئی کے ساتھ اپنی بات چیت کا منتظر ہوں، جن سے مجھےگذشتہ برس بھی ملنے کا شرف حاصل ہوا تھا۔ ہم زراعت، اہم معدنیات، توانائی، تجارت، سیاحت، ٹیکنالوجی اور سرمایہ کاری کے شعبوں سمیت اپنے باہمی فائدہ مند تعاون کو آگے بڑھانے پر توجہ مرکوز کریں گے۔

میں 6-7 جولائی کو ریو ڈی جنیرو میں برکس سربراہی اجلاس میں شرکت کروں گا۔ ایک بانی رکن کے طور پر، بھارت  ابھرتی ہوئی معیشتوں کے درمیان تعاون کے لیے ایک اہم پلیٹ فارم کے طور پر برکس کے لیے پابند عہد ہے۔ ہم مل کر ایک زیادہ پرامن، منصفانہ، مساوی، جمہوری اور متوازن کثیر قطبی عالمی نظام کے لیے کوشاں ہیں۔ سربراہی اجلاس کے موقع پر میں کئی عالمی رہنماؤں سے بھی ملاقات کروں گا۔ میں دو طرفہ رسمی دورے کے لیے برازیلیا کا سفر کروں گا، جوتقریباً چھ دہائیوں میں کسی ہندوستانی وزیر اعظم کا پہلا دورہ ہے۔ یہ دورہ برازیل کے ساتھ ہماری قریبی شراکت داری کو مضبوط کرنے اور گلوبل ساؤتھ کی ترجیحات کو آگے بڑھانے  کے لئے میرے دوست صدر عزت مآب لوئیز اناسیو لولا دا سلوا، کے ساتھ کام کرنے کا موقع فراہم کرے گا۔

میری آخری منزل نمیبیا ہوگی،جس کے ساتھ ہم نوآبادیاتی نظام   کے خلاف جدوجہد کی ایک مشترکہ تاریخ ساجھا کرتے ہیں۔ میں صدر عزت مآب ڈاکٹر نیتمبو نندی-ندیتواہ کے ساتھ ملاقات کا منتظر ہوں اور اس دوران ہم ہمارے لوگوں، ہمارے خطوں اور وسیع تر گلوبل ساؤتھ کے فائدے کے لیے تعاون کے لیے ایک نیا روڈ میپ تیار کریں گے۔ نمیبیا کی پارلیمنٹ کے مشترکہ اجلاس سے بھی خطاب کرنا ایک اعزاز کی بات ہوگی کیونکہ ہم آزادی اور ترقی کے لیے اپنی پائیدار یکجہتی اور مشترکہ عزم کا جشن مناتے ہیں۔

مجھے یقین ہے کہ میرے پانچ ممالک کے دورے پورے گلوبل ساؤتھ میں ہماری گہری دوستی کو تقویت دیں گے، بحر اوقیانوس کے دونوں طرف ہماری شراکت داری کو مضبوط کریں گے اور کثیرجہتی پلیٹ فارم جیسے برکس، افریقی یونین، ایکواس اور کیریکوم میں مصروفیات کو مزید گہرا کریں گے۔

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi chaired the 53rd meeting of PRAGATI, the ICT-enabled, multi-modal platform for Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation, at Seva Teerth earlier today.

During the meeting, Prime Minister reviewed six key infrastructure projects across the Railway, Road and Power sectors, spanning nine States with a cumulative cost of more than ₹30,000 crore. The projects, significant for strengthening connectivity, supporting industrial and economic activity and improving public services, were reviewed with particular emphasis on adherence to timelines, inter-agency coordination, resolution of pending issues and expeditious completion.

Prime Minister emphasised that delays in infrastructure projects have consequences beyond cost escalation, as they also postpone the benefits intended for citizens, businesses and the economy. He said that infrastructure projects should be viewed and monitored as an integrated whole, rather than as isolated sections, stretches or packages. He noted that progress in individual packages should ultimately translate into timely completion and operationalisation of the entire project. Ministries and States were therefore asked to adopt an end-to-end approach, and address critical gaps that could delay the overall commissioning and delivery of benefits. He called for fostering a proactive work culture across Ministries and State Governments, with greater ownership at every level of project implementation.

Prime Minister stressed the need to explore common utility corridors for infrastructure services, wherever feasible, particularly while planning major transport and infrastructure projects. He called upon Ministries and States to examine such integrated approaches at the planning stage itself, keeping in view their technical and economic feasibility.

Prime Minister said that speed of execution must be accompanied by uncompromising quality. He called upon Ministries, States and implementing agencies to adopt modern technologies and strengthen quality assurance and supervision at every stage.

While reviewing AgriStack under the Digital Agriculture Mission, Prime Minister emphasised the need to leverage the latest digital technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to derive greater value from agricultural data. He stressed that the data ecosystem should be effectively utilised across the agricultural value chain, from input planning to processing, enabling more informed interventions, better targeting and data-driven decision-making. He appreciated the efforts of the States and the Central Government in building the AgriStack ecosystem and called for further strengthening its use for delivering better outcomes for farmers.

During the review of cyber fraud cases, including incidents of digital arrest, Prime Minister said that prevention must be strengthened through a sustained focus on training, awareness and education. He stressed the need for continuous and targeted public-awareness campaigns, particularly for senior citizens, youth and other vulnerable sections, to familiarise them with common fraud techniques, warning signs and safe digital practices. He also called for regular capacity-building of personnel involved so that emerging modes of cyber fraud are identified and acted upon swiftly.
