کابینہ نے خریف سیزن،2024(یکم اپریل 2024 سے 30 ستمبر 2024 تک) کے لیے فاسفیٹک اور پوٹاسک (پی اینڈ کے) کھادوں پر غذائیت پر مبنی سبسڈی(این بی ایس)کی شرحوں اور این بی ایس اسکیم کے تحت 3 نئے کھادوں گریڈز کو شامل کرنے کی منظوری دی ہے

وزیر اعظم جناب نریندر مودی کی صدارت میں مرکزی کابینہ نے خریف سیزن،2024 (یکم اپریل 2024 سے 30 ستمبر 2024 تک) فاسفیٹک اور پوٹاسک (پی اینڈ کے)پر غذائیت پر مبنی سبسڈی(این بی ایس)کی شرحیں طے کرنے کے لیے محکمہ کھاد کی تجویز کو منظوری دی۔ این بی ایس اسکیم کے تحت کھاد اور 3 نئے کھادوں کے درجات کو شامل کرنے کو بھی منظوری دی گئی ہے۔ خریف سیزن2024 کے لیے عبوری بجٹ کی ضرورت تقریباً24,420 کروڑ روپے ہوگی۔

فوائد:

  1. کسانوں کو رعایتی، سستی اور مناسب قیمتوں پر کھادوں کی دستیابی کو یقینی بنایا جائے گا۔

کھادوں اورلاگت کی بین الاقوامی قیمتوں میں حالیہ رجحانات کے پیش نظر  فاسفیٹک اور پوٹاسک کے کھادوں پر سبسڈی کو معقول بنانا۔

این بی ایس میں تین نئے درجات کی شمولیت سے مٹی کی متوازن صحت کو فروغ دینے میں مدد ملے گی اور مٹی کی ضرورت کے مطابق مائیکرو نیوٹرینٹس کے ساتھ مضبوط کھادوں کا انتخاب کرنے کے لیےکسانوں کو متبادل پیش کیا جاسکے گا۔

نفاذ کی حکمت عملی اور اہداف:

فاسفیٹک اور پوٹاسک کھادوں پر سبسڈی خریف 2024 کے لیے منظور شدہ نرخوں (یکم اپریل 2024 سے 30 ستمبر 2024 تک قابل اطلاق) کی بنیاد پر فراہم کی جائے گی،تاکہ کسانوں کو ان کھادوں کی سستی قیمتوں پر آسانی سے دستیابی کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔

پس منظر:

حکومت کھاد کے مینوفیکچررز/درآمد کنندگان کے ذریعے کسانوں کو رعایتی قیمتوں پر فاسفیٹک اور پوٹاسک کھاد کے 25 گریڈ فراہم کر رہی ہے۔ فاسفیٹک اور پوٹاسک کھادوں پر تغذیے پر مبنی سبسڈی (این بی ایس) اسکیم کے تحت یکم اپریل2010 سے چلتی  آ رہی ہے۔ اپنے کسان دوستانہ نقطہ نظر کے مطابق، حکومت کسانوں کو مناسب قیمتوں پر فاسفیٹک اور پوٹاسک کھادوں کی دستیابی کو یقینی بنانے کے تئیں پرعزم ہے۔ کھادوں اور لاگت یعنی یوریا، ڈی اے پی، ایم او پی اور سلفر کی بین الاقوامی قیمتوں کے حالیہ رجحانات کے پیش نظرحکومت نے فاسفیٹک اور پوٹاسک(پی اینڈ کے) کھادوں پر یکم اپریل 2024 سے30 ستمبر 2024 تک تغذیے پر مبنی سبسڈی(این بی ایس) کی شرحوں کو منظور کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔ حکومت نے این بی ایس اسکیم کے تحت 3 نئی کھاد کے گریڈز کو شامل کا بھی فیصلہ کیا ہے۔ سبسڈی، کھاد کمپنیوں کو منظور شدہ اور نوٹیفائیڈ نرخوں کے مطابق فراہم کی جائے گی،تاکہ کسانوں کو مناسب قیمتوں پر کھاد دستیاب ہوسکے۔

Prime Minister’s Departure Statement ahead of his visit to Seychelles

At the invitation of my friend, H.E. Dr. Patrick Herminie, President of the Republic of Seychelles, I will undertake a State Visit to Seychelles from 27-29 June 2026 to participate in the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the National Day of Seychelles as the Guest of Honour.

Seychelles is a valued maritime neighbour and a key partner in our Vision MAHASAGAR and our shared commitment to the Global South. This year, we also mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of our diplomatic relations which are rooted in mutual trust, shared democratic values, respect for diversity and deep affinity between our peoples.

Building on the successful State visit of President Herminie to India in February 2026, I look forward to our discussions aimed at further strengthening our enduring friendship. Together, we will work to advance the progress of our peoples, and promote security and prosperity in the Indian Ocean region.

During the visit, I will have the honour of becoming the first Indian Prime Minister to address the National Assembly of Seychelles. This historic opportunity reflects the strong democratic values and parliamentary traditions that bind our two nations.

I also look forward to interacting with the vibrant Indian community in Seychelles, who have been nurturing the special friendship between India and Seychelles for generations, and serving as a living bridge between our two nations.

I am confident that my visit will further deepen the longstanding bonds between the two countries, enhance maritime cooperation in the Indian Ocean region, and advance our shared vision of a secure, peaceful and prosperous Indian Ocean region.
