Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today expressed deep grief over the passing of the former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Major General Bhuwan Chandra Khanduri (Retd.).
The Prime Minister noted that Major General Khanduri made invaluable contributions spanning from the armed forces to the political sphere, for which he will always be remembered. Shri Modi highlighted his unwavering dedication to the development of Uttarakhand during his tenure as Chief Minister, and described his stint as a Union Minister as truly inspiring.
