புது தில்லியில் இன்று (செப்டம்பர் 29) நடைபெற்ற “கல்வி மறுமலர்ச்சியில் தலைமைப் பண்பு” என்ற தலைப்பிலான மாநாட்டில் பிரதம மந்திரி திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி சிறப்புரை நிகழ்த்தினார்.

நிகழ்ச்சியில் அவர் பேசுகையில், “மறுமலர்ச்சி அல்லது புத்துயிராக்கம் என்று யாராவது நினைத்தால் அப்போது முதலில் தோன்றுவது சுவாமி விவேகானந்தர்தான். காரணம், அவர்தான் இந்தியாவின் சிந்தனை வலிமையை உலகுக்கே எடுத்துக் காட்டினார். கல்வியின் முக்கியக் கூறுகளான தற்சார்பு, நற்பண்புகளை வளர்த்தல், மானுட விழுமியங்கள் ஆகியவற்றை சுவாமி விவேகானந்தர் வலியுறுத்தினார். அதைப் போல் இன்றைக்கு புதுமையாக்கம் கல்வியின் இன்னொரு கூறு ஆகும்” என்றார்.

வேதங்களை மேற்கோள் காட்டிய பிரதமர் திரு. மோடி, அறிவாற்றல் இல்லாமல் நமது சமுதாயம், நமது நாடு, நமது வாழ்வு இல்லை என்றார்.

“பண்டைக்காலத்தில் இந்தியாவின் சிறந்த கல்விக் கூடங்களாக பல்கலைக்கழகங்களாகத் திகழ்ந்த தச்சசீலம், நாலந்தா, விக்கிரமசீலா ஆகியவை அறிவாற்றலுடன் புதுமையாக்கத்துக்கும் முக்கியத்துவம் அளித்து வந்ததைக் குறிப்பிட்ட பிரதமர், கல்வியின் சிறப்பு குறித்து பாபா சாஹேப் பீமாராவ் அம்பேத்கர், தீனதயாள் உபாத்யாயா, டாக்டர் ராம் மனோகர் லோகியா  ஆகியோர் கூறிய கருத்துகளை எடுத்துரைத்தார்.

“இன்றைக்கு எந்த நபரும் எந்த நாடும் தனிமையில் இருக்க முடியாது. உலகக் குடிமகன், உலகக் கிராமம் ஆகியவை குறித்து சிந்திக்க வேண்டியது மிக முக்கியமானது” என்று கூறினார்.

“நாம் எதிர்நோக்கும் சவால்களுக்குத் தீர்வு காணும் வகையில் பல்கலைக்கழகங்களும் கல்லூரிகளும் தூண்டுகோலாக அமைய வேண்டும். புதுமையாக்கத்துக்கும் கருத்துருவாக்கங்களுக்கும் உதவும் வகையில் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களுக்குள் நாம் இணைப்பை ஏற்படுத்த வேண்டும்” என்று கேட்டுக் கொண்டார்.

மாணவர்கள் தாங்கள் வகுப்பறைகளில் கற்றவற்றை நாட்டின் தேவைகள், விருப்பங்களைப் பூர்த்தி செய்வதற்குப் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும். குழந்தைகள் புதுமையாக்கம் செய்வதைத் தூண்டுவதற்கான அடல் திறன் புதுப்பிப்பு மையங்கள் (Atal Tinkering Labs) அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன” என்றார் பிரதமர்.

கல்விக்கான கட்டமைப்பை மேம்படுத்துவதற்காக கல்வியில் கட்டமைப்பு மற்றும் நடைமுறை புத்துயிராக்கம் (RISE – Revitalization of Infrastructure and Systems in Education) என்ற திட்டத்தை அவர் சுட்டிக் காட்டினார். அது தொடர்பாக உயர் கல்வித் துறை மேற்கொண்ட பல்வேறு நடவடிக்கைகளையும் அவர் சுட்டிக் காட்டினார்.

சமூகத்தில் நல்லாசிரியர்களைத் தயார் செய்வதன் முக்கியத்தைப் பிரதம மந்திரி வலியுறுத்தினார். அறிஞர்களும் மாணவர்களும் டிஜிட்டல் வழி எழுத்தறிவு (digital literacy) முறையைப் பரப்ப வேண்டும். அத்துடன் அரசின் பல்வேறு திட்டங்கள் குறித்து மக்களிடையே விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்தவும் வேண்டும்  என்றும் வலியுறுத்தினார்.

இந்தியாவின் “பிராண்ட் இந்தியா” என்ற கோட்பாட்டுக்கு இளைஞர்கள் உலகின் தனி அடையாளத்தைப் பெற்றுத் தந்துள்ளனர் என்று கூறிய பிரதமர், இளைஞர்களின் திறனுக்குத் தூண்டுகோலாக இருக்கும்

தொடங்கிடு இந்தியா (Start Up India), நிமிர்ந்திடு இந்தியா (Stand Up India), திறன் இந்தியா (Skill India) ஆகிய திட்டங்களைச் சுட்டிக் காட்டினார்.
