ನವದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜರುಗಿದ “ಲೀಡರ್ಶಿಪ್ ಆನ್ ಎಜುಕೇಷನ್ ಫೋರ್ ರಿಸರ್ಜೆನ್ಸ್” ಸಮಾವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

ಪುನರ್ಜೀವನ ( ಪುನರೂರ್ಜಿತ / ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ) ಅಥವಾ ಮರುಚೇತನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯೋಚಿಸುವಾಗ, ವಿಶ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಚಿಂತನೆಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಮೊದಲು ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ಚಿತ್ರ ನಮ್ಮ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲು ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರು ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬನೆ, ಸಚ್ಚಾರಿತ್ರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನವೀಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸದ ಮೂಲ ಅಂಶಗಳೆಂದು ಮಹತ್ವನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ನಾವಿನ್ಯತೆ ಇಂದಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸದ ಅವಿಭಾಜ್ಯ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಪುರಾತನ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಗ್ರಂಥ – ವೇದಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು, ಜ್ಞಾನ ರಹಿತ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜ, ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಬದುಕನ್ನೂ ಕೂಡಾ ಊಹಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ , ಪುರಾತನ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳಾದ ತಕ್ಷಿಲಾ, ನಳಂದಾ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಕ್ರಮಶಿಲಾಗಳು ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಜೊತೆ ನಾವಿನ್ಯತೆಗೂ ಪ್ರಾಧಾನ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಹಾಗೂ ಬಾಬಾಸಾಹೆಬ್ ಭೀಮ್ ರಾವ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ , ದೀನದಯಾಳ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಡಾ. ರಾಮ್ ಮನೋಹರ್ ಲೋಹಿಯಾ ಅವರನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.

ಯಾವುದೇ ದೇಶವಾಗಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಲಿ ಒಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ( ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವಿಲ್ಲದೆ) ಜೀವಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. “ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಪ್ರಜೆ” ಅಥವಾ “ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಗ್ರಾಮ” ದ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಚಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಾಧಾನ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ನಾವಿಂದು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸವಾಲುಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಂಡುಹುಡುಕಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬೇಕು.

ನಾವಿಂದು “ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವಿನ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳ ಹಿತಕಾಯುವ ( ಕಾವು ನೀಡುವ) ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಂಡಿಯಾಗಿಸಬೇಕು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ತರಗತಿಯ ಕಲಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ದೇಶದ ಆಶೋತ್ತರಗಳಿಗೆ ಜೋಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ನಾವಿನ್ಯತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಲು ನಾವು ಅಟಲ್ ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಚಿಂತನಾ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯ ( ಅಟಲ್ ತಿಂಕರಿಂಗ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಸ್) ಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳ ವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ “ರೈಸ್ ( RISE) – ರಿವೈಟಲೈಸೇಷನ್ ಆಫ್ ಇನಫ್ರಾಸ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಚರ್ ಎಂಡ್ ಸಿಸ್ಟಂಸ್ ಇನ್ ಎಜುಕೇಷನ್ ”– ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಿದೆ. ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲೂ ಹಲವಾರು ನೂತನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಳನ್ನಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ತಯಾರಿಯ ಆವಶ್ಯಕತೆಯಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಹಾಗೂ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನದ ಸುಲಭತೆ ವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಇರುವ ಸರಕಾರದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣತಜ್ಞರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಯುವ ಜನತೆ ಜಾಗತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ “ಬ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಇಂಡಿಯ” ಗುರುತಿನ ಅನನ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್ ಅಪ್ ಇಂಡಿಯ,ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಅಪ್ ಇಂಡಿಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಭಾರತದಂತಹ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಯುವ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳ ಉಜ್ವಲ ಭವಿಷ್ಯರೂಪಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam today highlighting the true resolve of a representative.

The Prime Minister remarked that as vigilant citizens of the country, it is our duty to ensure record voting to make democracy even stronger.

The Prime Minister wrote on X:

"देश के एक सजग नागरिक के रूप में हमारा कर्तव्य है कि हम लोकतंत्र को और अधिक सशक्त बनाने के लिए रिकॉर्ड मतदान सुनिश्चित करें। इस तरह हम न केवल भारतवर्ष के नवनिर्माण में अपनी सक्रिय भागीदारी निभा सकते हैं, बल्कि एक समर्थ और समृद्ध राष्ट्र की नींव को और मजबूत कर सकते हैं।

राज्ञो हि व्रतमुत्थानं यज्ञः कार्यानुशासनम्।

दक्षिणा वृत्तिसाम्यं च दीक्षितस्याभिषेचनम्॥"

From the perspective of the welfare of the people, continuously uplifting them, faithfully performing duties as a sacred responsibility, ensuring fair judgment, giving generously, treating everyone with equality, and keeping oneself pure, disciplined and dedicated with a consecrated spirit, this is the true resolve of a representative.
