தில்லி என். சி. ஆர் பிராந்தியத்தில் புதிதாக அமைக்கப்பட்ட இரண்டு விரைவு வழிச் சாலைகளை பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி ஞாயிறன்று (27.05.2018) நாட்டுக்கு அர்ப்பணித்தார். இவற்றில் தில்லி – மீரட் விரைவுச் சாலையின் முதலாவது பகுதியாக நிஜாமுதீன் பாலத்திலிருந்து தில்லி உ.பி. எல்லை வரையிலான 14 வழித் தடங்களை கொண்ட நுழைவுக் கட்டுப்பாடுடைய சாலை முதலாவதாகும். என்.எச்.1-ல் உள்ள குண்ட்லியிலிருந்து என்.எச்-2ல் உள்ள பல்வால் வரையிலான 135 கி.மீ. தூரமுள்ள கிழக்கு புறப் பகுதி விரைவுச் சாலை இரண்டாவது திட்டமாக நாட்டுக்கு அர்ப்பணிக்கப்பட்டது.

தில்லி-மீரட் விரைவுச் சாலை முழுமை பெறும்போது தேசியத் தலைநகரிலிருந்து மீரட்டுக்கும், மேற்கு உத்தரப்பிரதேசம் மற்றும் உத்தராகண்டின் மற்ற பல பகுதிகளுக்கும் பயண நேரம் கணிசமாகக் குறையும்.

தில்லி –மீரட் விரைவுச் சாலையை தொடங்கி வைத்தபின், இதனைப் பார்வையிடும் வகையில் திறந்த ஜீப் ஒன்றில் சில கிலோமீட்டர் தூரம் பிரதமர் பயணம் செய்தபோது, புதிதாக அமைக்கப்பட்ட சாலையின் இருமருங்கிலும், திரண்டிருந்த மக்கள், அவருக்கு வாழ்த்துக்களைத் தெரிவித்தனர்.

தில்லிக்கு ஏராளமான வாகனங்கள் வருவதை, மாற்றுப் பாதையில் அனுப்புவதன் மூலம், தேசியத் தலைநகரின் போக்குவரத்து நெரிசலைக் குறைப்பதோடு, மாசு ஏற்படுவதையும் குறைக்கும் இரட்டை நோக்கங்களுக்குக் கிழக்குப் புறப்பகுதி விரைவுச் சாலை பங்களிப்பு செய்யும்.

பாக்பட்டில் நடைபெற்ற பொதுக்கூட்டத்தில் உரையாற்றிய பிரதமர், தில்லி-மீரட் விரைவுச் சாலையின் ஒட்டுமொத்தப் பகுதியும், விரைவில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுவிடும் என்று நம்பிக்கைத் தெரிவித்தார். கிழக்குப் புறப்பகுதி விரைவுச் சாலை தில்லியின் போக்குவரத்து நெரிசலைக் குறைக்க உதவும் என்றும் அவர் கூறினார். மக்களின் வாழ்க்கைத் தரத்தை உயர்த்த நவீனக் கட்டமைப்பு முக்கியப் பங்காற்றுகிறது என்று அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார். சாலைகள், ரயில் பாதைகள், நீர்வழிப் பாதைகள் உள்ளிட்ட அடிப்படைக் கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளை உருவாக்க மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் நடவடிக்கைகளை அவர் சுட்டிக்காட்டினார். அடிப்படைக் கட்டமைப்பு மேம்பாட்டுப் பணிகள் அதிகரித்திருப்பதற்கு சில உதாரணங்களையும் அவர் எடுத்துரைத்தார்.

 

பெண்களுக்கு அதிகாரமளிக்கும் செயல்கள் பற்றிக் குறிப்பிட்ட பிரதமர், தூய்மை இந்தியா இயக்கத்தின்கீழ், கழிப்பறைகள் கட்டப்பட்டிருப்பதையும், உஜ்வாலா திட்டத்தின்கீழ், எல்.பி.ஜி. இணைப்புகள் வழங்கப்பட்டிருப்பதையும் விவரித்து இதன் மூலம் பெண்களின் வாழ்க்கை எளிதாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றார். முத்ரா திட்டத்தின்கீழ் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள 13 கோடி கடன் தொகையில், 75 சதவீதத்திற்குமேல், பெண் தொழில்முனைவோருக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டிருப்பதாக அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

 

 

ஷெட்யூல்டு வகுப்பினர் மற்றும் இதர பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினருக்கான நலத் திட்டங்கள் குறித்தும், பிரதமர் விவரித்தார்.
நடப்பு நிதியாண்டின் மத்திய பட்ஜெட்டில் ஊரக மற்றும் வேளாண் துறைக் கட்டமைப்பை வலுப்படுத்த 14 லட்சம் கோடி ரூபாய் வழங்கப்பட்டிருப்பதாகவும் பிரதமர் கூறினார்.
