பிரேஸிலில் நடைபெற்ற 11-வது பிரிக்ஸ் உச்சிமாநாட்டின் முழுஅமர்வில் பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி உரையாற்றினார். இந்தக் கூட்டத்தில் இதர பிரிக்ஸ் நாடுகளின் தலைவர்களும் உரையாற்றினார்கள்.

பிரதமர் உரையாற்றும்போது, இந்த உச்சிமாநாட்டில் கருப்பொருளான ‘புதுமையான எதிர்காலத்திற்கான பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி’ என்பது மிகவும் சரியானதே என்று கூறினார். நமது வளர்ச்சியின் அடிப்படையாக புதுமை மாறியிருக்கிறது என்று அவர் கூறினார். இந்தப் புதுமையான கண்டுபிடிப்புகளுக்காக ரிக்ஸ் அமைப்பின்கீழ், ஒத்துழைப்பை வலுப்படுத்த வேண்டியது மிகவும் அவசியம் என அவர் வலியுறுத்தினார்.

பிரிக்ஸ் அமைப்பின் திசை என்ன என்பதை நாம் தற்போது கருத்தில் கொள்ளவேண்டும் என்று கூறிய பிரதமர், அடுத்த பத்தாண்டுகளில் பரஸ்பர ஒத்துழைப்பே மேலும் சிறப்பானதாக அமைய வேண்டுமென்று கேட்டுக் கொண்டார். பல பிரிவுகளில் வெற்றி கிட்டியபோதிலும், மேலும் சில பிரிவுகளில் நமது முயற்சிகளை அதிகரிப்பதற்கான கணிசமான வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது என்று பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார். பரஸ்பர வர்த்தகம் மற்றும் முதலீட்டில் சிறப்புக் கவனம் செலுத்த வேண்டியது அவசியம் என்று வலியுறுத்திய பிரதமர், உலக வர்த்தகத்தில் வெறும் 15 சதவீதம் அளவுக்கே பிரிக்ஸ் நாடுகளுக்கு இடையிலான வர்த்தகம் உள்ளது என்று கூறினார். ஆனால், உலகின் மக்கள் தொகையில் 40 சதவீதத்திற்குமேல் இந்த நாடுகளில் உள்ளதை அவர் சுட்டிக்காட்டினார்.

இந்தியாவில் அண்மையில் தொடங்கப்பட்ட ‘கட்டுடல் இந்தியா’ இயக்கத்தை சுட்டிக்காட்டிய அவர், உடல்தகுதி மற்றும் ஆரோக்கியம் தொடர்பான விசயத்தில் பிரிக்ஸ் நாடுகளுக்கு இடையே தொடர்புகளை அதிகரிக்க வேண்டும் என்று விருப்பம் தெரிவித்தார். நகர்ப்புற பகுதிகளில் நீடித்த நீர் மேலாண்மையும் ஆரோக்கியத்திற்கான தூய்மைப் பயன்பாடும் மிக முக்கிய சவால்களாக உள்ளன என்று கூறிய அவர், பிரிக்ஸ் நாடுகளின் நீர்வளத்துறை அமைச்சர்களின் முதல் கூட்டத்தை இந்தியாவில் நடத்த உத்தேசித்துள்ளதாகத் தெரிவித்தார்.

பயங்கரவாதத்திற்கு எதிரான பிரிக்ஸ் ஒத்துழைப்பு குறித்த முதல் கருத்தரங்கிற்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது தமக்கு மகிழ்ச்சி அளிப்பதாக உள்ளதென அவர் கூறினார்.  பயங்கரவாதம் மற்றும் இதர திட்டமிடப்பட்ட குற்றங்களுக்கு எதிராக ஐந்து பணிக்குழுக்கள் இத்தகைய முயற்சிகளையும், நடவடிக்கைகளையும் எடுக்கும் என அவர் நம்பிக்கை தெரிவித்தார்.  இதன்மூலம், வலுவான பிரிக்ஸ் பாதுகாப்பு ஒத்துழைப்பு அதிகரிக்கும் என்று அவர் கூறினார்.

பிரிக்ஸ் அமைப்பில் உள்ள ஐந்து நாடுகளைச் சேர்ந்த மக்கள் பரஸ்பரம் பயணிக்கவும், பணியாற்றவும் மேலும் உகந்த சூழலை ஏற்படுத்தித் தரும் வகையில், பரஸ்பர விசா அங்கீகாரம், சமூகப் பாதுகாப்பு ஒப்பந்தம், தகுதி ஆகியவற்றில் கவனம் செலுத்த வேண்டும் என்று பிரதமர் கேட்டுக் கொண்டார்.

PM Modi hails the commencement of 20th Session of UNESCO’s Committee on Intangible Cultural Heritage in India

The Prime Minister has expressed immense joy on the commencement of the 20th Session of the Committee on Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO in India. He said that the forum has brought together delegates from over 150 nations with a shared vision to protect and popularise living traditions across the world.

The Prime Minister stated that India is glad to host this important gathering, especially at the historic Red Fort. He added that the occasion reflects India’s commitment to harnessing the power of culture to connect societies and generations.
