கிர்கிஸ் குடியரசின் அதிபர் மேதகு திரு. அல்மாஸ்பெக் ஆட்டம்பேவ் அவர்களே,

தாய்மார்களே நண்பர்களே,

பத்திரிகையாளர்களே,

முதல் முறையாக அரசு பயணமாக இந்தியாவிற்கு வருகை தந்துள்ள அதிபர் திரு. அல்மாஸ்பெக் ஆட்டம்பேவை வரவேற்பதில் நான் பெரும் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைகிறேன். மேதகு அதிபர் அவர்களே, கடந்த ஆண்டு ஜூலை மாதம் நான் முதல் முறையாக கிர்கிஸ்தான் குடியரசிற்கு பயணம் மேற்கொண்ட போது நீங்கள் எனக்கு அளித்த வரவேற்பும் விருந்தோம்பலும் இன்றும் என் மனதில் பசுமையான நினைவாக உள்ளது. எங்கள் நாட்டிற்கு தற்போது நீங்கள் மேற்கொண்டுள்ள இந்த பயணம் நம் இரு நாடுகளுக்கு இடையேயான ஒத்துழைப்பு மற்றும் உயர் மட்ட தொடர்புகளை முன்னெடுத்து செல்வதற்கு உதவியாக அமையும். இந்தியா மற்றும் கிர்கிஸ் குடியரசு இடையேயான உறவு பல நூற்றாண்டுகளாக நல்லெண்ண உறவாக இருந்து வருகிறது. மேலும் இரு நாடுகளுக்கு இடையே வரலாற்று தொடர்பும் உள்ளது. எங்கள் சமூகம் அரவணைப்பு உணர்வை கொண்டது. அது, கிர்கிஸ் குடியரசு உள்ளிட்ட மத்திய ஆசிய நாடுகளுடன் எங்களது நட்புறவை வளர்த்துள்ளது.  மேலும் நம் நாடுகள் ஜனநாயக மதிப்பு மற்றும் பாரம்பரியம் போன்ற பொது உணர்வுகளால் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது. கிர்கிஸ் குடியரசில் ஜனநாயகத்திற்கு வலுவான அஸ்திவாரம் அமைத்து பாதுகாப்பதில் அதிபர் ஆட்டம்பேவிற்கு பெரும் பங்கு உண்டு என்பதை இந்நேரத்தில் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.

நண்பர்களே,

இரு தரப்பு உறவின் அனைத்து அம்சங்கள் குறித்து நானும் அதிபர் ஆட்டம்பேவும் விரிவான விவாதங்களை மேற்கொண்டோம். இரு நாடுகளின் பொது முன்னுரிமையான பன்முகப்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் இரு தரப்பை வலுப்படுத்துதல் ஆகியவற்றிற்கு நாங்கள் முக்கியத்துவம் அளித்தோம். பயங்கரவாதம், தீவிரவாதம் போன்ற பொது சாவால்களில் இருந்து நமது இளைஞர்கள் மற்றும் சமூகத்தை எவ்வாறு ஒன்றிணைந்து காக்க முடியும் என்பதை குறித்தும் நாங்கள் விவாதித்தோம். நம் இரு நாடுகளின் ஒட்டுமொத்த நன்மைக்காக இது போன்ற சவால்களை சமாளிக்க இரு நாடுகளும் மேலும் இணக்கத்தோடு பணி புரிய வேண்டும் என்பதை நாங்கள் ஒப்புக்கொண்டோம். மத்திய ஆசிய பகுதியில் நிலையான அமைதி, நிலைத்தன்மை மற்றும் வளமையை உருவாக்க வேண்டும் எனும் எங்களது முயற்சியில் கிர்கிஸ் குடியரசை நாங்கள் முக்கய பங்குதாரராக நினைக்கிறோம். இந்த பிரச்சினைகளில் நாம் ஒன்றிணைந்து பணி புரிய ஷாங்காய் ஒத்துழைப்பு அமைப்பு நமக்கு சரியான வழிவகுக்கும்.

நண்பர்களே,

பாதுகாப்பு துறையில் இரு நாடுகளுக்கு இடையே உள்ள ஒத்துழைப்பு குறித்து நானும் அதிபர் ஆட்டம்பேவும் விவாதித்தோம். இந்த முயற்சிகளுக்கான சிறந்து எடுத்துகாட்டு கிர்கிஸ்-இந்தியா மலை சார் உயிரி-மருத்துவ ஆராய்ச்சி மையமாகும்.  கிர்கிஸ் குடியரசில் கிர்கிஸ்-இந்திய கூட்டு இராணுவ பயிற்சி மையம் அமைக்கும் பணியை நாம் துவக்கி உள்ளோம். பயங்கரவாதத்திற்கு எதிரான நமது கூட்டு இராணுவ பயிற்சிகள் இப்போது வருடாந்திர அம்சமாக செயல் படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இதன் அடுத்த கட்ட பயிற்சி கிர்கிஸ் குடியரசில் அடுத்த ஆண்டு முதல் நான்கு மாதத்தில் நடத்த முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

நண்பர்களே, 

நமது பொருளாதார உறவுகள் மேலும் வலுவடைய நாம் பணி புரிய வேண்டும் என்பதை நானும் அதிபர் ஆட்டம்பேவும் ஒப்புக்கொண்டோம். இதற்காக இருதரப்பு வர்த்தகம், பொருளாதார இணைப்பு ஆகியவற்றை வலுபடுத்தி மனித வள பரிமாற்றங்களை எளிதாக்கும் முயற்சிகளை இரு நாடுகளும் மேற்கொள்ளும். சுகாதாரம், சுற்றுலா, தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம், விவசாயம், சுரங்கம், ஆற்றல் உள்ளிட்ட துறைகளில் உள்ள எண்ணற்ற வாய்ப்புகளை பயன்படுத்து இரு நாடுகளின் தொழில் துறை மற்றும் வணிகம் முன்னேற இரு நாடுகளும் ஊக்குவிக்கும். திறன் வளர்ப்பு மற்றும் பயிற்சி ஆகியவற்றில் உள்ள ஒத்துழைப்பை வலுப்படுத்த நாங்கள் முடிவெடுத்துள்ளோம். இது போன்ற முயற்சிகள் மக்கள் நலனை மனதில் கொண்டு மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது. கிர்கிஸ் குடியரசுடனான தொழில் நுட்பம் மற்றும் பொருளாதார ஒத்துழைப்பு குறித்த ஒத்துழைப்பு திட்டங்களில் இளைஞர்கள் பரிமாற்றத்திற்கு நாம் முக்கியத்துவம் அளிக்க வேண்டும். இன்று ஏற்பட்டுள்ள புரிதல் இந்த துறைகளில் முன்னேறும் இரு நாடுகளும் ஒன்றுகொன்று துணையாக இருக்கும். மத்திய ஆசிய பகுதியில் முதல் முறையாக, தொலைதூர-மருத்துவ இணைப்பை நாம் கிர்கிஸ் குடியரசுடன் கடந்த ஆண்டு துவக்கியுள்ளோம். கிர்கிஸ் குடியரசின் மற்ற பகுதிகளுக்கும் இந்த திட்டத்தை விரிவு படுத்த முயற்சிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

நண்பர்களே, 

2017 ஆம் ஆண்டு மார்ச் மாதம், இந்தியா மற்றும் கிர்கிஸ் குடியரசு நாடுகளின் இருதரப்பு உறவு 25-வது ஆண்டு நிறைவு அடைகிறது. நாம் இந்த மைல்கல்லை அடையும் தருணத்தில், அதிபர் ஆட்டம்பேவின் வருகை நமது இரு தரப்பு உறவினை வலுபடுத்தும் நமது முயற்ச்சியை ஊக்குவிக்கும். மேலும், அவரின் இந்த பயணம், நமது உறுவுகளால் நமக்கு சமீபத்தில் கிடைத்த நன்மைகளை நினைவுறுத்தி வரும் ஆண்டுகளில் நமது உறவினை மேலும் வலுப்படுத்த உதவியாக அமையும். அதிபர் ஆட்டம்பேவின் இந்த பயணம் பயனுள்ளதாகவும் நினைவுள்ளதாகவும் அமைய நான் வாழ்த்துகிறேன்.

Prime Minister recalls the courage of those impacted by Partition on Partition Horrors Remembrance Day

PM shares Sanskrit Subhashitam highlighting the power of hard work and human endeavor

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today stated that as we mark Partition Horrors Remembrance Day, we recall the courage of all those who were impacted by Partition. He noted that it was a moment in history that tore apart several lives, where families were uprooted, loved ones were lost, and immense suffering was endured.

The Prime Minister highlighted that at the same time, overcoming this, people rebuilt their lives from nothing, turned adversity into achievement, and contributed immensely to our nation’s progress. He observed that their life journeys remind us of the strength of the human spirit. Shri Modi expressed hope that this day may deepen our resolve to preserve harmony and brotherhood in our nation and collectively work towards building a Viksit Bharat.

The Prime Minister offered his heartfelt tributes to all those countrymen who, emerging from that horrific period, made invaluable contributions to the progress of the country. He stated that through their courage and capability, they showed how resolutions are accomplished even in adverse circumstances. Shri Modi called upon everyone to further strengthen the national spirit of goodwill and solidarity.

Sharing a Subhashitam, the Prime Minister emphasized that it is through hard work, enterprise, and dedicated effort that diverse arts, science, technological skills, craftsmanship, and innovations flourish, paving the way for success. He added that therefore, one should not remain dependent on fate; rather, one should move steadily towards one's goals with courage, diligence, and persistent effort, for it is human endeavor that shapes destiny.
