மாநிலத்தின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளிலும் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் நகர்ப்புற மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டங்களை தொலைதூரத்திலிருந்தவாறே பிரதமர் திரு.நரேந்திர மோடி தொடங்கிவைத்தார். அதாவது, பிரதம மந்திரியின் வீட்டுவசதித் திட்டம், நகர்ப்புற குடிநீர் வழங்கல் திட்டம், நகர்ப்புற திடக் கழிவு மேலாண்மை, நகர்ப்புற துப்புரவுத் திட்டம், நகர்ப்புற போக்குவரத்து மற்றும் நகர்ப்புற இயற்கைக்காட்சி திட்டம் போன்றவற்றின் கீழ் செயல்படுத்தப்படும் திட்டங்களை பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி தொடங்கிவைத்தார்.

இந்தூரில் நடைபெற்ற நிகழ்ச்சியில், தூய்மை நகரம்-2018 விருதுகளை வழங்கினார். மேலும், தூய்மை நகரம்-2018-க்கான முடிவுகளை வெளியிட்டார்.

அங்கு பெருமளவில் கூடியிருந்த பொதுமக்கள் மத்தியில் பேசிய பிரதமர், மகாத்மா காந்தியின் கனவாக இருந்த தூய்மை இந்தியா, தற்போது 125 கோடி இந்தியர்களின் தீர்மானமாக மாறியிருப்பதாகத் தெரிவித்தார். இந்தியாவின் தூய்மையான நகரம் என்ற விருது பெற்றுள்ள இந்தூரிடமிருந்து ஒட்டுமொத்த இந்தியாவும் உந்துதலைப் பெற வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டுக் கொண்டார். தூய்மையை பேணிக் காப்பதில் சிறப்பாக செயல்படும் முதல் மூன்று மாநிலங்களான ஜார்க்கண்ட், மகாராஷ்டிரா, சத்திஸ்கர் ஆகியவற்றுக்கு வாழ்த்துகளைத் தெரிவித்தார். துப்புரவுப் பணிகளில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட முன்னேற்றங்கள் குறித்து அவர் பேசினார். மகாத்மா காந்தியின் கனவு, அவரது 150-வது பிறந்த நாள் கொண்டாடப்படும் அடுத்த ஆண்டில் நனவாக மாறும் என்று பிரதமர் நம்பிக்கை தெரிவித்தார்.

இந்தியாவின் நகர்ப்புற கட்டமைப்பை நவீனமயமாக்குவதற்காக மத்திய அரசு எவ்வாறு பணியாற்றி வருகிறது என்று பிரதமர் எடுத்துரைத்தார். தூய்மை இந்தியா இயக்கத்துடன், பிரதம மந்திரியின் வீட்டுவசதித் திட்டம் (நகர்ப்புறம்), பொலிவுறு நகரங்கள் இயக்கம், அம்ருத் மற்றும் தீனதயாள் உபாத்யாயா தேசிய நகர்ப்புற வாழ்வாதார இயக்கம் ஆகியவை குறித்தும் பிரதமர் குறிப்பிட்டார். இந்தியாவின் முதலாவது பொலிவுறு நகரான நயா ராய்ப்பூரில், ஒருங்கிணைந்த கட்டுப்பாட்டு அறையை சில தினங்களுக்கு முன்பு திறந்துவைத்ததை அவர் நினைவுகூர்ந்தார். இதேபோன்ற பணிகள், மத்தியப்பிரதேச மாநிலத்தின் 7 நகரங்களில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருவதாக அவர் தெரிவித்தார். மத்தியப்பிரதேச மாநிலத்தில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுவரும் பல்வேறு நகர்ப்புற மேம்பாட்டு நடவடிக்கைகளின் முன்னேற்றங்கள் குறித்து அவர் விரிவாகப் பேசினார். இன்று தொடங்கிவைக்கப்பட்ட வீட்டுவசதித் திட்டங்கள் மூலம், மத்தியப்பிரதேச மாநிலத்தில் வீடுகள் இல்லாத ஒரு லட்சத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட மக்களுக்கு சொந்த வீடுகள் கிடைக்கும் என்று பிரதமர் கூறினார்.

2022-ம் ஆண்டுக்குள் அனைவருக்கும் வீடு கிடைக்கச் செய்யும் இலக்கை நோக்கி இந்திய அரசு பணியாற்றி வருவதாக அவர் தெரிவித்தார். கடந்த 4 ஆண்டுகளில் சுமார் 1.15 கோடி வீடுகள் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும், 2022-ம் ஆண்டுக்குள் இலக்கை எட்டுவதற்காக சுமார் 2 கோடி வீடுகள் கட்டப்பட உள்ளதாகவும் பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார். பிரதம மந்திரியின் வீட்டுவசதித் திட்டமானது, வேலைவாய்ப்பு உருவாக்கம் மற்றும் மகளிர் மேம்பாட்டை ஏற்படுத்துவதற்கான வழியாக அமைந்துள்ளதாகவும் அவர் கூறினார்.

வளர்ச்சிக்கான மற்ற பணிகளில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுவரும் முன்னேற்றங்கள் குறித்தும் பிரதமர் திரு.நரேந்திர மோடி பேசினார்.

The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, H.E. Denis Manturov, called on Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today.

First Deputy PM Manturov briefed PM on the progress in various areas of mutually beneficial cooperation, including trade and economic partnership, fertilizers, connectivity and people-to-people ties.

PM recalled the successful visit of President Putin to India in December 2025 for the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit.

He expressed satisfaction at the sustained efforts being made by both sides towards implementation of the outcomes from the Annual Summit, aimed at further strengthening the India- Russia Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership.

PM extended warm greetings to President Putin and said that he looked forward to their continued exchanges.
