“நமது காலத்தைய, பெரிய தலைவர்களில் ஒருவரான மன்னர் பூமிபால் அதுல்யதேஜ் மறைவு காரணமாக தாய்லாந்து மக்களுக்கு ஏற்பட்டுள்ள துயரத்தில் இந்திய மக்களுடன் நானும் பங்கேற்கிறேன்.
மன்னர் பூமிபால் அதுல்யதேஜ் அல்லது ராமா 9, மக்களால் பெரிதும் மதிக்கப்பட்டவர். அவருடைய எண்ணற்ற நலம் விரும்பிகள் மற்றும் குடும்பத்தினருக்கு எனது ஆழ்ந்த இரங்கலைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்” என்று பிரதமர் கூறியுள்ளார்.
