The Minister for Mines, Steel, Labour and Employment, Shri Narendra Singh Tomar, today handed over cheques worth Rs. 15 crore for the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund, to the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. This amount has been donated by Public Sector Undertakings from the Steel and Mining sectors.
The Minister for State for Mines, Steel, Labour and Employment, Shri Vishnudeo Sai, and senior officials were also present on the occasion.
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has extended his greetings to the people on the sacred occasion of Samvatsari. Shri Modi said that Samvatsari reminds us that forgiveness and compassion strengthen every bond. He called upon everyone to embrace humility and let kindness and goodwill guide their actions.
