Doris Francis and her sickness due to cancer. Doris Francis is undergoing treatment at AIIMS, New Delhi. The hospital authorities have been requested to provide utmost care to the patient. Hospital as well as the family members of the Smt. Doris Francis have been apprised about the sanction of the grant. Ghaziabad resident Smt. Doris Francis is well known for rendering voluntary services to manage traffic at a busy intersection on a National Highway.
