ਪੁਲਾੜ (Space)
* ਬਿਮਸਟੈੱਕ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਜਨਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ, ਨੈਨੋ ਸੈਟੇਲਾਇਟ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਂਚਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਮੋਟ ਸੈਂਸਿੰਗ ਡੇਟਾ ਦੇ ਉਪਯੋਗ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਗ੍ਰਾਊਂਡ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਨਾ। (Setting up ground stations for manpower training for BIMSTEC countries, manufacturing and launching of Nano Satellites, and use of remote sensing data.)
ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ (Capacity Building and Training)
* "ਬੋਧੀ” ਅਰਥਾਤ ‘ਮਾਨਵ ਸੰਸਾਧਨ ਇਨਫ੍ਰਾਸਟ੍ਰਕਚਰ ਦੇ ਸੰਗਠਿਤ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਬਿਮਸਟੈੱਕ’ ਪਹਿਲ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ, ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਬਿਮਸਟੈੱਕ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ 300 ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ("BODHI”, i.e., "BIMSTEC for Organised Development of Human resource Infrastructure” initiative. Under this, 300 youth from BIMSTEC countries will be trained in India every year.)
* ਫੋਰੈਸਟਰੀ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਇੰਸਟੀਟਿਊਟ ਆਵ੍ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਮਸਟੈੱਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲੰਦਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਸਤਾਰ। (Scholarships to BIMSTEC students in the Forestry Research Institute of India and expansion of the scholarship scheme at Nalanda University.)

* ਟਾਟਾ ਮੈਮੋਰੀਅਲ ਸੈਂਟਰ, ਬਿਮਸਟੈੱਕ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਂਸਰ ਇਲਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕਰੇਗਾ। (Tata Memorial Centre to support training and capacity building in cancer care in BIMSTEC countries.)
* ਪਰੰਪਰਾਗਤ ਚਿਕਿਤਸਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੋਜ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਉਤਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਤਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ (Establishment of Centre of Excellence for research and dissemination in traditional medicine)

ਊਰਜਾ (Energy)
* ਬੰਗਲੁਰੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਮਸਟੈੱਕ ਊਰਜਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। (BIMSTEC Energy Centre in Bengaluru has started working.)
* ਇਲੈਕਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਗ੍ਰਿੱਡ ਇੰਟਰਕਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ ‘ਤੇ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। (Faster work on electric grid interconnection.)
ਯੁਵਾ ਜੁੜਾਅ (Youth engagement)

*ਬਿਮਸਟੈੱਕ ਹੈਕਥੌਨ ਅਤੇ ਯੁਵਾ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ ਸੈਲਾਨੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। (The BIMSTEC Hackathon and Young Professional Visitors programme will be launched.)

* ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ, ਰਿਸਰਚ, ਇਨੋਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰੀ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਸਟੇਨੇਬਲ ਮੈਰੀਟਾਇਮ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ। (Establishment of Sustainable Maritime Transport Centre in India to work to enhance coordination in capacity building, research, innovation and maritime policies.)
