ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶର ବିଜନୋରରେ ଏକ ଜନସଭାକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କଲେ । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଲେ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶର ଜନତାଙ୍କ ଆଗ୍ରହକୁ ଦେଖି ଏପରି ଲାଗୁଛି କି ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ଦୀର୍ଘ ସମୟରୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନର ଆଶା ଅଛି । ସେ କହିଲେ ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ବିଜେପି ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଭୋଟ ଦେବାପାଇଁ ନିବେଦନ କଲେ । ଶ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଫସଲ ବୀମା ଯୋଜନା ବିଷୟରେ କହିଲେ କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏହା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଅତି କମ ପ୍ରିମିୟମରେ ଅଧିକତମ ବୀମା ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ ହେଉଛି ।
ସେ ଏହା ମଧ୍ୟ କହିଲେ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଚୌଧାରୀ ଚରଣ ସିଂ କୃଷକ କଲ୍ୟାଣ କୋଷର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯିବ । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସଫା ଶବ୍ଦରେ କହିଲେ କି ଯଦି ପ୍ରଦେଶକୁ ଅପରାଧ ଏବଂ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟାଚାରରୁ ମୁକ୍ତି ଦେବାକୁ ହେଲା ପଦ୍ମକୁ ଫୁଟାଇବାକୁ ହେବ । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଲେ ନିଜର ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ହାରିବା ଦେଖି ଉଭୟେ ଉଭୟଙ୍କୁ ବିରୋଧ କରୁଥିବା ଦଳଗୁଡିକ ଗୋଟିଏ ହୋଇଗଲେ । ''ଏହା ଦଳ ନାହିଁ ,ବରଂ ଦୁଇ ସମ୍ପର୍କୀୟ ।ଗୋଟିଏ ସତୁରି ବର୍ଷରେ ଦେଶକୁ ବର୍ବାଦ କଲା ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟଟି ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶକୁ ବର୍ବାଦ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ କାମ କଲା । ଏମିତିରେ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶରେ କିଛି ବଞ୍ଚିବ କ'ଣ ?”
ଗୋଟିଏ କୂଳକୁ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଵାଲା ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟକୁ ସଫାଇ ବାଲା କହି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଲେ ଏମାନଙ୍କର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟକୁ ବୁଝିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ । ସେ କହିଲେ ୟୁପିରେ ବିଜେପି ସରକାର ଯଦି ଆସନ୍ତି ତେବେ ଛୋଟ କୃଷକଙ୍କ ବକେୟା ଋଣ ଚଡି ଦିଆଯିବ ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ଅଖିଳେସ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଅକ୍ଷମ ବୋଲି ସମାଲୋଚନା କରି କହିଲେ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷାର ସାତଶହ ପଚାଶ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ଅଛି ,କିନ୍ତୁ ପଚାଶ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ତାଲିକା ସରକାର ଦେଉନାହାନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଟଙ୍କା ମିଳିପାରୁ ନାହିଁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଲେ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଶସ୍ୟ କିଣିବା ପାଇଁ ଟଙ୍କା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଦେଉଛି ହେଲେ ବି ଅଖିଳେସ ସରକାର ଶସ୍ୟ କିଣୁ ନାହାନ୍ତି । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ତିନି ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଗହମ କ୍ରୟ ଉପରେ ସେ ଅଖିଳେସ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସମାଲୋଚନା କଲେ ।
ବର୍ତମାନର ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶ ସରକାରଙ୍କର ଜନତାଙ୍କ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ କାମ କରିବାର ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ନାହିଁ । ସେ କହିଲେ ସପା ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଜନତା ପଚାରିବାକୁ ହେବ ସେମାନେ ବିଗତ ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ କ'ଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ପ୍ରଦେଶର କଲ୍ୟାଣ ପାଇଁ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାପ୍ତ ଟଙ୍କା ଆବଣ୍ଟନ କରିବା ସତ୍ୱେ ଏହାର ଠିକ ଉପଯୋଗ ହେଇପାରୁନି । ସେମାନେ ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ସମ୍ପଦର ଲୁଟେରାମାନକ ସହିତ ମିଶି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପ୍ରଚାର ଅଭିଯାନ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ।
ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଦଳର କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତା ଏବଂ ନେତାସମୂହ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ ।
