ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶର ଆଲିଗଡ଼ରେ ଏକ ଜନସଭାକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କଲେ । ସମାରୋହରେ ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଲେ ତାଙ୍କ ସରକାର ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟାଚାର ଏବଂ କଳାଧନ ବିରୋଧରେ ଲଗାତାର ସଂଘର୍ଷ କରୁଛନ୍ତି -2014 ରେ ଶାସନ ଭାର ଗ୍ରହଣ କଲା ପରେ ଆମେ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟାଚାରକୁ କମ କରିବା ଏବଂ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ବିରୋଧରେ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେବା ପାଇଁ କାମ କରୁଛୁ ।ୟୁପିରେ ସମାଜବାଦୀ ପାର୍ଟିର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆକ୍ଷେପ କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଲେ ୟୁପି ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ଚିନ୍ତା ନାହିଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଅଣଦେଖା ଯୋଗୁଁ କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ଏବଂ ମଧ୍ୟମ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀଙ୍କୁ ଅସୁବିଧା ଏବଂ ହଇରାଣର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେବାକୁ ପଡୁଛି । ସେ କହିଲେ ଆମେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ହିତ ରକ୍ଷାକୁ ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବୁ । ଆମ ଲଢେଇ କଳାଧନ ରଖିଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ । ଆମର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ବିକାଶ ଦିଗରେ -ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ,ସଡକ ଏବଂ ଆଇନ ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଲେ ବେରୋଜଗାରୀ ପାଇଁ ରୋଜଗାରର ସୁଯୋଗ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ତାଙ୍କର ସରକାର ଗୋଟିଏ ପରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଯୋଜନା ଆଣୁଛନ୍ତି ।ସେ କହିଲେ -ଆମେ ଚାହୁଁଛୁ ଆମ ଯୁବଗୋଷ୍ଟି ଉପରକୁ ଉଠନ୍ତୁ । ଆମେ ମୁଦ୍ରା ଯୋଜନା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛୁ କାହିଁକି ନା ସେମାନେ ଋଣ ନେଇ ଏବଂ ନିଜର ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗ ଗଢିବାରେ ସକ୍ଷମ ହୋଇପାରିବେ । ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ଆଗକୁ ଆହୁରି କହିଲେ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ଆଇନ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ତା ଠିକ ନଥିବା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଅପରାଧୀଙ୍କୁ ଆଇନ ପ୍ରତି ଭୟ ନାହିଁ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଜନତାଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରୁଛି ଏଭଳି ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମୁଳୁତ୍ପାଟନ କରନ୍ତୁ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅପରାଧୀଙ୍କୁ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆଖୁ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ପାଇଁ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେବା କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ କହିଲେ । ସେ 14 ଦିନ ଭିତରେ କୃଷକଙ୍କୁ ପାଉଣା ଦେବାକୁ ପ୍ରତିଶୃତି ଦେଲେ । ସେ କହିଲେ -'' ଆମେ ଚାହୁଁ ଆମର କୃଷକଙ୍କ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ହେଉ । ଆମେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ମଙ୍ଗଳ ପାଇଁ ସବୁ କାମ କରିବୁ ।” ବିପକ୍ଷ ନେତାଙ୍କ ବିଷୟରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଲେ -''ସମସ୍ତ ପାର୍ଟି ବାବା ସାହେବ ଆମ୍ୱେଦକରଙ୍କ ଆଦର୍ଶର ରାଜନୀତିକରଣ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । କିନ୍ତୁ ଆମେ ଚାହୁଁଛୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟୋକ ଲୋକ ଡ଼ଃ ଆମ୍ୱେଦକରଙ୍କ ଯୋଗଦାନକୁ ଭଲ କି ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ ।”

ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ SCAM ର ବିରୋଧରେ ଲଢ଼ିବାକୁ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ରହିଛି । SCAM ର ମାନେ ହେଉଛି ସମାଜବାଦୀ ପାର୍ଟି ,କଂଗ୍ରେସ ,ଅଖିଳେସ ଯାଦବ ଏବଂ ମାୟାବତୀ । ସେ କହିଲେ - ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ SCAM ଜରୁରୀ ନାହିଁ । ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଜେପି ସରକାର ଦରକାର ଯିଏ ବିକାଶ ,ଗରିବ ଏବଂ ବୃଦ୍ଧାଙ୍କ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ପାଇଁ ସମର୍ପିତ । ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ଜନତାଙ୍କୁ ଅପିଲ କଲେ କି ସେମାନେ ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ବର୍ତମାନର ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ପରିବର୍ତନ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ । ସମାରୋହରେ ବିଜେପିର ବହୁ ନେତା ଏବଂ ବହୁ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ବିଜେପିର କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତା ଏବଂ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଜନତା ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ ।
