अंतराळांत सहकार्य !

5 मे 2017 हा दिवस दक्षिण आशिया सहकार्याला मोठी चालना मिळाल्याचा दिवस आहे. याच दिवशी दक्षिण आशिया उपग्रह यशस्वीपणे अंतराळांत सोडून; 2 वर्षांपूर्वी दिलेले वचन पूर्ण करण्यांत आले. 

दक्षिण आशिया उपग्रह यशस्वीपणे अंतराळांत प्रक्षेपित झाल्यामुळे दक्षिण आशियाई देशांचे सहकार्य अंतराळात पोचले.

या इतिहासाची निर्मिती बघण्यासाठी, भारत, अफगाणिस्तान, बांगलादेश, भूतान, मालदीव, नेपाळ आणि श्रीलंकेच्या नेत्यांनी व्हिडिओ कॉन्फरन्सिंगद्वारे कार्यक्रमात भाग घेतला.

कार्यक्रमादरम्यान बोलताना पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी दक्षिण आशिया उपग्रहाची संपूर्ण  क्षमता सादर केली.

ते म्हणाले की, हा उपग्रह उत्तम प्रशासन, प्रभावी संभाषण, दुर्गम भागामध्ये चांगले बँकिंग आणि शिक्षणाची खात्री देतील, योग्य हवामान अंदाजपत्रक तसेच टेली-मेडिसिन द्वारे लोकांना जोडून  उत्तम उपचार प्रदान करेल.

श्री मोदी यांनी स्पष्ट केले की जेव्हा आम्ही एकत्रित रित्या काम करतो तेव्हा ज्ञान, तंत्रज्ञान आणि विकासाची फळे आम्ही आदानप्रदान करू शकतो, आम्ही आमचा विकास आणि प्रगती वेगवान करू शकतो.

आघाडीच्या संस्थांचा ‘रालोआ’सरकारला पाठिंबा

आंतरराष्ट्रीय पातळीवरील आघाडीच्या संस्थांनी केंद्रातील नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या नेतृत्वाखालील ‘रालोआ’सरकारच्या कार्याची प्रशंसा केली आहे. या सरकारच्या धोरणांमुळे भारतामध्ये परिवर्तन घडून येत आहे, असे त्यांनी म्हटले आहे.

भारताचा विकास अभूतपूर्व वेगाने होईल, अशी जागतिक बॅंकेने आशा व्यक्त केली आहे. सन 2014-15 मध्ये भारताने 5.6 टक्के वृद्धी केली होती. आता 2015-16 मध्ये भारत 6.4 टक्के इतका विकासाचा नवा टप्पा गाठू श्शकेल, अशी अपेक्षा जागतिक बॅंकेने व्यक्त केली आहे. याला बॅंकेने ‘मोदी लाभांश’ असे नाव दिले आहे. सरकारची नवी धोरणे आणि तेलाच्या किंमतींमध्ये होणारी घसरण याचा लाभ देशाला मिळेल, असेही म्हटले आहे


भारतामध्ये राबवण्यात आलेल्या ‘जन धन’ योजनेबद्दल सर्वत्र कौतुक झाले आहे. ‘‘आर्थिक प्रवाहात सर्वांचा समावेश व्हावा यासाठी सरकारने घेतलेल्या परिश्रमामुळे पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी दूरदृष्टी असणारे नेते आहेत, हे स्पष्ट होते’’ असे उद्गार जागतिक बॅंकेचे अध्यक्ष जिम यॉंग किम यांनी काढले आहेत. 

पंतप्रधान मोदी यांनी केलेल्या आर्थिक सुधारणा आणि तेलाच्या दरातील घसरण यामुळे भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था अपेक्षेपेक्षा जास्त वेगाने विकास साधेल आणि चीनला मागे टाकू शकेल, असे मत आंतरराष्ट्रीय नाणे निधीने व्यक्त केले आहे. गुंतवणूकदारांचा वाढता विश्वास पाहता नाणेनिधीच्या या मताचा संबंधही नक्कीच जोडला जावू शकतो.

भारतातील आर्थिक सुधारणांमुळे भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था मजबूत, शाश्वत बनत असून विकासाच्या मार्गाने वाटचाल करत आहे, असे मत ‘द ऑरगनाझेशन फॉर इकॉनॉमिक को- ऑपरेशन अॅंड डेव्हलपमेंट’ या संघटनेने व्यक्त केले आहे. म्हणजेच पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या सुधारणा कार्यक्रमाचे कौतुक केले आहे.

जागतिक स्तरावर प्रतिष्ठीत ठरलेल्या ‘मूडीज्’ने भारताचे मानांकन ‘स्थिर’ वरून ‘सकारात्मक’ असे वाढवले आहे. पंतप्रधान आणि त्यांच्या सहकार्यांनी राबवलेला सुधारणा कार्यक्रम, यामुळे गुंतवणुकीला चांगले प्रोत्साहन मिळत आहे. असे यावरूनही स्पष्ट होते.

संयुक्त राष्ट्राने जागतिक आर्थिक परिस्थितीसंदर्भात अर्धवार्षिक अहवाल प्रसिद्ध केला आहे. त्यामध्ये भारताच्या आर्थिक वृद्धीबाबत अतिशय आशावादी चित्र स्पष्ट केले आहे. यंदा आणि पुढच्या वर्षी भारताचा वृद्धीदर 7टक्क्यांपेक्षा जास्त असेल, असा अंदाज वर्तवला आहे.
