पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी आणि पोर्तुगालचे पंतप्रधान कोस्टा यांनी आज भारत-पोर्तुगाल आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्टार्ट अप हब चे (आयपीआयएसएच) लिस्बन इथे उदघाटन केले.

स्टार्ट अप इंडिया द्वारे पुढाकार घेऊन निर्माण करण्यात आलेल्या या मंचाला वाणिज्य आणि उद्योग मंत्रालय आणि स्टार्ट अप पोर्तुगाल यांचे पाठबळ आहे.उद्योजकतेसाठी भागीदारी करण्याच्या दृष्टीने हा मंच निर्माण करण्यात आला आहे.

आयपीआयएसएच, बंगलोर,दिल्ली आणि लिस्बन इथल्या स्टार्ट अप साठीच्या उत्तम ठिकाणांची माहिती आणि धोरण, कर, विझा यासह इतर संबंधित माहितीही पुरवणार आहे. त्याच बरोबर स्टार्ट अपला प्रोत्साहन देण्यासाठी गो टु मार्केट गाईड विकसित करणार आहे.

पूर्वपीठिका: युरोपमध्ये, व्यापार निर्मितीत उच्च दर असणाऱ्या राष्ट्रात पोर्तुगालचा समावेश असून उद्योजकतेसाठी पोषक अर्थविषयक व्यवस्था असलेला एक देश म्हणून पोर्तुगाल पुढे येत आहे. 2016 पासून लिस्बन, वेब परिषद, या वार्षिक आंतरराष्ट्रीय तंत्र परिषदेचे यजमानपद भूषवत आहे.

गेल्या वेब परिषदेत भारतातून 700 जण सहभागी झाले होते,या वर्षी त्यात भर पडेल अशी अपेक्षा आहे.भारत आणि पोर्तुगाल सरकार, स्टार्ट अपना प्रोत्साहन देण्यावर भर देत आहे.
