PM Modi urges people to use technology for making payments or purchasing things

PM Narendra Modi today laid foundation stone of AIIMS in Bathinda, Punjab. Addressing a gathering, the PM remarked that social infrastructure is essential for the development of every nation. We need top quality schools and hospitals.

Shri Modi said that NDA Government does not only stop at laying foundation stones but completes all projects on time. “It is a priority for us that projects are completed on time or before time”, he added.

PM Modi recalled the horrific attack at a school in Peshawar that killed several students. “When school in Peshawar was attacked every Indian was sad. People of Pakistan should tell their rulers- lets fight corruption and fake notes”, he added further. Shri Modi also said that Pakistan knows fully what Indian Army is capable of.

Prime Minister Modi said that the Centre is committed to welfare of farmers. “Our Government will do everything to give enough water to our farmers”, said the PM.  He added that Centre is doing everything possible to ensure the middle class is not exploited and the poor get their due.

PM Modi noted inconvenience faced by people due to demonetisation and urged people to cooperate. He also urged people to use technology for making payments. “Your mobile phone is also a bank. It can be used for purchasing things, making payments”, he added.
