2024 ഡിസംബർ 21 മുതൽ 22 വരെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മോദി കുവൈറ്റ് സന്ദർശിക്കും

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will visit Kuwait on 21-22 December 2024, at the invitation of His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait. This will be the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister to Kuwait in 43 years.

During the visit, the Prime Minister will hold discussions with the leadership of Kuwait. Prime Minister will also interact with the Indian community in Kuwait.

India and Kuwait share traditionally close and friendly relations which are rooted in history and have been underpinned by economic and strong people to people linkages. India is among the top trading partners of Kuwait. The Indian community is the largest expatriate community in Kuwait.

The visit will provide an opportunity to further strengthen the multifaceted ties between India and Kuwait.

Prime Minister greets people of Goa on Goa Statehood Day

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today extended his greetings to the people of Goa on the occasion of Goa Statehood Day.

The Prime Minister said that Goa is widely known for its vibrant culture, rich heritage, natural beauty and warm-hearted people.

The Prime Minister noted that the occasion is an opportunity to remember with gratitude all those who worked tirelessly for the progress and identity of Goa.

The Prime Minister expressed hope that Goa will continue to prosper and play an important role in building a Viksit Bharat.

Shri Modi also prayed for the good health and prosperity of every Goan.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“Greetings to the people of Goa on the special occasion of Goa Statehood Day. Goa’s vibrant culture, rich heritage, natural beauty and warm-hearted people are widely known. This day is also an opportunity to remember with gratitude all those who worked tirelessly for its progress and identity. May Goa continue to prosper and play an important role in building a Viksit Bharat. Praying for the good health and prosperity of every Goan.”
