The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi performed darshan and pooja at Shri Badrinath Temple today. Shri Modi offered prayers at the inner sanctum. He also reviewed the progress of the development works of the Alakananda riverfront.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami and the Governor of Uttarakhand, Retd. Gen Gurmit Singh.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;
"कर्मणा मनसा वाचा यदभीक्ष्णं निषेवते।
तदेवापहरत्येनं तस्मात् कल्याणमाचरेत्॥"
Whatever a person continuously practices through their actions, thoughts, and words ultimately shapes their personality and draws them in that very direction; therefore, one should always give space only to beneficial subjects in one's thoughts and conversations.
